The Big guy isn't the only retired LEO in NJ, I am one as well, and to be followed like your being suspected of taking something is not customer service it's insulting, ask other retired or active officers or any individual see what they say, your employee is the one who pointed out the "posted sale" I didn't and yes he still charged me for the "free" cigar after pointing it out and retrieving it for me, what do you call that? and yes if you pay for a service and don't get at least minimal service you should speak up at the end of the day it's your money that was spent at the establishment no shame here pal I work for mine nothing is given to me unlike others good luck to you and your future endeavors.
