However, as a result there was some issues with first trying to recover it because it seems my item was auctioned without my knowledge. Needles to say I was furious and very disappointed because the item was a special item giving to me as a gift from my mother. At first I experience some frustration with how it seems it was being handled. But at the end I was pleased with The way the regional manager mediated to intervene. So I have to give credit to Gilbert, who from what I understand facilitates the main store in Flatbush. Your professionalism and mannerism made me feel appreciated.
