This is a review for their custom engagement rings…read more For jewelry and especially engagement rings, it's so important to work with people that you feel comfortable with and that you can trust. My fiance came here and worked with Scott to create my engagement ring. It's absolutely perfect! From start to finish, he said he felt completely at ease and confident that Scott would be able to produce exactly what he wanted. To start, he showed Scott a ring that I had sent him a picture of a while back. He knew that I wanted an emerald cut diamond and Scott found an amazing stone. These diamonds are sometimes hard to find, and he came up with several options for my fiance. All of the diamonds he showed him were GIA certified, so you know what you're getting! Unfortunately, I didn't know that the setting style I "chose" could not be worn with a wedding band. My fiance was a little disappointed at first, but quickly Scott went to work, showing him several different options of rings. Ultimately he ended up picking one that was close to what he was looking for and customizing it to get the vintage look that he knew I liked. After choosing the setting, Scott sent a digital representation of what the ring was going to look like before going into final production. That way, any final tweaks could be made. The ring came out absolutely PERFECT and I couldn't be more happy! My fiance said that the prices were much better than the other stores he had shopped around in. He was also able to get a higher quality of diamond because they have access to a larger selection. The other places weren't even going to make a completely custom ring for him! The ring is so well made and I get compliments on it everywhere I go! We are definitely going to come back to get our wedding bands here. They have several locations, so depending on where it was most convenient for my boyfriend to meet him (he travels a lot during the day for his business), Scott was willing to go to any of their stores across Queens/LI. I wish I was told it was "out of your control" before I bought the bike, but I've been given 3 different time-frames now. But also get told that they are "on top of it" It is not harassment to call asking about *your* timeframe on the situation. I'm not getting what I paid for here. I've called 13 locksmiths for this bike, called the company twice only to be told the same answers over and over. I've called this store only 3 times since buying this bike 2 weeks ago. But you'll "handle it". Now I have no timeframe At first it was a couple of days. Key lost in transit, it happens. Then it was next week, called and told I was "harassing an employee". Really cool practice. Now I'm being told I'm giving an accusation of them defrauding me, which I never did. I've been paitent, and I just want what I paid for. If I got the key at any of the previous points I was told I would get it, then it would have been an easy 5 star. Honest! I get cut off on the phone, I get yelled at on the phone. I have every right to be upset here. It's ridiculous now. This bike is becoming problemsome and some locksmiths think it's stolen too so they won't work on it. (Yes, I showed them the receipt) I can't fathom how there's a "handling of the situation". Maybe call me, take initiative and tell me more about what's going on. I've always had to be the one finding out. I bet nobody would have told me about the "lost in transit" key if I didn't call. I even just asked for the original sellers number so I can just handle it. To which I was cut off and again screamed at. Extraordinarily unprofessional customer service. Likely going to reply and call me nuts or shift the blame to me. They can leave me a voicemail from here on, maybe they can communicate properly. Also, as I'm writing this, they tried to call me after hanging up on me. I sent it to voicemail because now I'm mad. Voice mail told me to "go fuck myself" and I won't get a key. How nice Steer clear.
