There communication is the worst and take days to respond. Although they put in a faulty device they still want to charge a high fee for the mobile option with no consideration that I sent 350 on Saturday for the installation. First, the subwoofer went out - had to meet him in a parking lot to get a replacement. Then the expensive speakers he recommended, provided and installed started losing connectivity, and when I asked him to have a look, he stopped returning my texts. I had to go to Car Toys to have these rewired, and the techs there told me he'd installed the wrong subwoofer (1 ohm) for the system. Finally, he provided no invoice or paperworks, and when my insurance company offered to refund $2000 for the stolen equipment he'd replaced, and I reached out to him, he did not respond. So all in all, a very expense and aggravating experience. Caveat emptor.

I had 3 total in the 2 years I was ordered to have it because they ultimately went defective. They also drained my car batteries, and I had to buy 2 and then kept having to have the last one constantly charged. I've been stranded, had to have my car towed, and paid for many drive-share rides. I've also shown up to appointments to have absolutely NO ONE to be found at the shop for my scheduled appointments. Please notice these are all plural! Then when my day finally came to get it removed, I went to a shop (Ebenezer on Federal) in Denver. They took my (expensive) de-install fee plus their fee, plus the credit card fee, to then not submit any of the money to the corporate office of LifeSafer. I didn't even realize this until LifeSafer removed the funds from my checking account. Which I did not authorize! Also, beware... if they have a card on file, they will use any one you've EVER used! So now my checking account is negative, I've spent a lot of my time, energy, and efforts arguing with them as well as the shop and they will not give me my money back. This is horrible and they clearly are not selective with whom they choose to service their interlock clients to. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR BREATHALYZER SERVICE!! There are many other companies out there. And choosing this company will not only impact your wallet, time, job, but also your car and possibly your license!

I had a great stereo to begin with, but now instead of just high volume on the highs, I can appreciate the surround detail, and the base booming. Thanks to Samson and crew. Well done. Oh I went because of base issue, but the front driver speaker wasn't working, and Samson diss assembled the door, put a used crossover and fixed it. Most shops know the basics of car stereo, but these guys are well trained in the electrical area and that's the main reason they have happy customers.

They removed my device improperly for a temporary mechanic repair and after getting confronted by both Intoxalock and myself the customer, they refused to do anything to get the device back in compliance. I got lucky with no penalty from the State because I had paperwork showing they lied. Don't get yourself caught in a situation like this because a shop has a "quicker" way to do that's not legal.
