I sat down and waited and waited and waited and waited until I got really annoyed so I stared looking around too see if I could get someone's attention..nope nada..no one A woman that was doing hair in front of me said about 2 English words to me and then asked me in Spanish if I spoke Spanish..sigh..I told her I can understand a little but no I cannot speak Spanish..she said oh sorry and went back to do hair..the woman who I originally asked to do my hair stared at me and just turned around. There were 2 other woman there staring at me also and just waked away..I told my sister in law I'm leaving..I really don't understand how you can have a whole business in Miami and not have at least 1 translator..honestly it's unnerving! You come here, own your own business, hire everyone that is just like you and don't think twice to cater to um the freaking city/state you live in where there are multiple on top of multiple ethnicities! It's Friday night, my birthday was in 2 days and I needed a gel mani ASAP…read more I didn't even try finding a place close to home or work, I decided to take a chance and walk in to Venetian to see if they had an opening and I'm glad I gave this place another chance. The girl at the front desk immediately paired me up with someone. The day before I had an appointment elsewhere for Mani & pedi but they were only able to do one service (pedicure) since they ran out of time... Finding a similar polish was extremely easy at venetian and I was happy to find two similar options to my bright pink nails. My nail tech (never got her name but she was so nice) did a great job. I had a week old acrylic overlay which she cleaned, including the underside of my nails since they get dark from work for a cleaner look. The last place didn't do the best job with the shape but this lady really fixed it in a way that I didn't think possible with just the drill. The service was extremely quick but she was still meticulous with the prep work which I appreciated. Would love to come back to do more. Very happy with my nails,
