This place is very clean and nice. I have never had a bad massage there-however I also have never had a great or good one. The most common reason I don't enjoy my experience is because on each of the 3 occasions I visited this spot and had a different therapist each time-all are absolutely instructed to upsell the shit out of you. They start about ten minutes in once you are almost starting to relax. Then it's add cupping, you need to add cupping, and medicine that's good for you. No matter if you specifically say at the beginning all I want is cupping or I don't want to add anything-these people have been trained to do this. It's like you went to get a massage, but instead decided to go to a timeshare presentation. It ruins the massage. My other point of contention is the lack of communication-and it's because of language. I don't care what language anyone speaks-I can figure out a way to communicate but they seem to be deceptive here. The English speaking desk attendant is lovely and she clearly understands but doesn't relay to the therapist who doesn't speak English as well. They don't ask you if you have troubled areas or talk to you about the service they are about to perform. I had many questions like how long for each arm and leg? How long is cupping? Every time I go there it's a different amount of time-today was less than ten minutes so I refused to pay for it $30 and I don't have marks. The therapist did not understand me. Instead of leaving and getting the desk attendant as an interpreter-she kept insisting she understood and said "yes yes yes " but she did not understand as she didn't do what I asked or answer any of my questions. I kept removing the towel she placed over my eyes because it had "medicine" on it which is like menthol or camphor and I didn't want it on my face-she put it back on me twice. If you know the therapist can't communicate with customers-it would seem so easy to spend 3 minutes speaking with the front desk person and agreeing on treatment. Again, this lady worked hard on me-I tipped her as she deserved it! This is really on the owner and how they are clearly pushed to upsell but they are not actual speaking to the customer. It's a service that is expensive and requires communication. At one point while I was speaking to the therapist about my massage-since there was no small talk as she didn't understand me-she told me I should lower my voice because other people are around. Just to be clear they are doing construction next door and all throughout my massage it was noisy from that and loud banging but me asking questions was the problem. So I wasn't able to communicate to get the service I wanted but at least she was able to tell me to be quiet so I didn't disturb anyone else with my questions! I wouldn't go back at this point. Tried it 3 times and it never got better. read more

I had a very disappointing experience here. My appointment was originally scheduled for 1:30 PM, and they moved it to 2:00 PM. I arrived on time and was placed in the room at 2:00, changed and ready for my appointment. By 2:30, I was still waiting and had not been seen. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but each time I was put on hold even though I was already in the room waiting. Sitting there for 30 minutes with no communication or explanation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Good customer service includes respecting clients' time and communicating when there are delays. Unfortunately, this experience felt very disorganized and poorly managed. read more

Foot massage was excellent. Loved the accommodating pressure on my feet; she got into releasing loads of tension in my foot. 60 mins was probably too short. I shoulda done 60 feet. And 60 full body. I also would have loved to be turned over so you can do back of feet/heels and quads. Loved how strong the ladies were. They knew there stuff. Great customer service from the front desk. I have been going to see Kerry for several months. I injured my shoulder, back and arm, could barely raise my right arm. In the meantime I was awaiting an MRI which kept being rescheduled. In addition to an overall amazing massage, Kerry gave additional attention to the right shoulder, arm and back and I ultimately cancelled the MRI and stopped taking the muscle relaxants. She worked out the pain!!! She is helping with the diabetes related issue with my legs and feet. I see her for 90 minutes - 3 hours every other week. Plan to do so forever read more

massage was Excellent. my daughter and I did a dual massage in the same room. She loved her lady and I loved mine. she massaged my face and was and scalp too. I didn't realize how much tension I was carrying in my face and I get regular massages monthly. Also, it was SUPER CLEAN and therapeutic. The only thing is there was a Hispanic lady (I think) she was young with wavy hair and thick eyebrows at the front desk who was slightly unfriendly on vacation and I would definitely go back and recommend anyone to go here. thanks ladies read more

Stopped by for a quick massage this last weekend and I must say it was just one of the worse experiences I've had. Not really worth the money to be honest. I wasn't asked if I was comfortable having a male give me a massage. He was so rough and applied so much pressure while burping the entire time (sooo gross) a massage is supposed to be peaceful. We were in a double room and there was allot of noise, He was talking to his partner. Stepped out of the room to have a conversation with someone else. It was just not what I had imagined. My boyfriend hated his massage as well. His masseuse just applied lotion and moisturized his skin. The hot stones were included and they passed the stones for literally 2 seconds. Very positive experience overall. The reason for the 4 start rating are two things; the actually massage is amazing and the price compared to other places are relatively good. I received a 90 min massage that had a combination of relaxation from a Swedish massage and therapeutic elements of a chiropractic visit (including hot stone) for less then a 60 min massage at some other places. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is the lack of bells and whistles that could be simply incorporated; water when entering, larger area to place clothing, aromatherapy. My family and I went to this establishment this morning for a 90 min massag and was very satisfied with the service. Our massage was fabulous, each one of us loved our personal Theraphist. They were nice and friendly, atmosphere was pleasant. Rooms are separated by curtains so you would be able hear conversations, but there was no loud talking to a distraction. My husband and I did a couples massage on Saturday afternoon and had a pretty good experience. First off, when I called to book an appointment, I was able to book the time I wanted for the very next day. When we arrived for our appointment, we were brought back to the room almost immediately. The room for a couples massage is a good size. For the massage itself, make sure you specify exactly what you want. If you want it to be relaxing, let them know. When it first started out, it was so painful, I had to ask for less pressure. I think deep tissue is the default massage. I received hot stones without even asking, which was really nice. My biggest recommendation for the business would be to start using essential oils. When you first walk into the spa, it smells like glade plug-ins. It is a bit off putting, especially if you're sensitive to smells. It would be great to walk in and smell lavender essential oil, or maybe rosemary, something calming. And aromatherapy during the massage would be wonderful! I would also recommend making the massage rooms cooler. Overall what you get for the price is great, would come back. read more

Normally, when I've received a standard 60 min Swedish massage at other establishments, I leave feeling as though I received a weak-handed pat down. Not so here! Our two female therapists were communicative and once they'd established we both wanted firm pressure, they went to work. We both felt as though we received professional therapy. They worked hard and applied firm pressure in all the right places. We didn't want it to end! We left feeling loose and refreshed. Any knots in our muscles had been worked out completely! Have come here several times and always paid $70. Today I was asked if I wanted deep tissue or Swedish I asked what the differnce was and was told one is deeper. I proceeded with the deep tissue when I was ready to leave they charge me $80 - I asked why the price was higher and they told me because it was deep massage. They asked my therapist is she had informed me of the price and she lied to my face saying she had and proceeded to be sarcastic and passive aggressive. My friend was in the restroom when I paid and missed the converstion. When it was her turn to pay same situation plus 4 employees aggressively attacking her verbally. When she asked why the price they asked her "but do you feel good" - not the point, its a matter of principal. They proceeded to aggressively argue with us 4 employees arguing- Massage ruined!! My other friend (3 of us went) was charged $70 for the very same deep tissue massage- we all had an hour massage she was the last one to go in and the first to come out - so they cheated her on the time In addition I shared the room with one of my friends and the therapist spent the entire massage chit chatting and laughing. The so called deep tissue was a regular massage and the hot stones they offered just sat in the middle of my back and where never used to actually masaage. I won't be back and I suggest you find a more respectable business establishment!!!! read more

This might be my new favorite place. I called and the person told me what time I would like to come in. Just a short drive after I was there with 5 minutes to spare. The person that greeted me let me know it would be a short wait. She offered to sit me down in one of the chairs. First impression, the place is cute, clean, and calming. Once you walk in they have relaxing music playing with a waterfall machine to ease your mind. I wanted to try their 1hr reflexology because I didn't want to spend a lot of money and be disappointed. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Yamilet was nice and would be the one doing the massage today. Her hands were soft but strong. I know that doesn't make sense but she had a tender touch when she needed and applied pressure that didn't feel like you were about to break. I enjoyed that! The prices are very reasonable. I would come again to try another service. They are located really close to the mall in a shopping center. As I was leaving another person was coming in.
