Mary really knows what she's doing and you can get an amazing and relaxing experience at a good price. So far I've only taken advantage of the 90 minute full body massages ($90), but she also specializes in reflexology, which I plan on trying soon. Prior to the appointment, she learns about you and your preferences. From there, you can pick your scents, type of lotion, and really relax. The office is located in Coral Gables within an office building off of Giralda, the part that is closed off to pedestrian traffic. You walk up to the second floor and her room is within Gables Optimal Health. I usually take advantage of metered street parking nearby. I cannot wait to get back here once it's safe to do so! Wow, she really worked out all the knots I had, and after my session with her I finally felt relief. They were able to see me the same day within an hour of me calling and the total was $50. Bring cash to pay as this spot is old school. While I won't say it is the most glamourous of spas, it is a great price and they do a good job. There is a parking lot attached to the building with a good amount of spaces.
