I think this will be the impetus for me to finally go through the ordeal of changing over all of my autopay billing. This is staggeringly bad customer service. On April 16, 2025 I purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 vehicle from Epicity Auto Finance. I was told that…read morethe title would be received in 3 - 4 weeks by mail. A couple of attempts were made by text and phone to contact the dealer to get an update/status on delivery of title as it was getting close to expiration of the first temporary tag that was issued. No call back or responses were received. The first temporary tag expired on May 31, 2025. I then had to request an extension of the temporary tag which is due to expire on June 30, 2025. At this time we were told by the Tax Commissioner's office that the dealer had not completed all necessary paperwork required to complete the process for delivery of the title. My wife was finally able to speak with Samuel Kuria on/around May 31, 2025 and once again on/around June 11, 2025. On both occasions Mr. Kuria mentioned he had been out of the office and would be working on completing the title work process. As of to date title has not been received. No further responses, communications or updates have been received from Mr. Kuria or Epicity Auto Finance. There has been poor communication throughout the process. We have fully paid for a vehicle and do not have title nor can we obtain a permanent tag for registration.
