I thought maybe the first experience was just an off day for the waitresses. Unfortunately, after going back, I realized it wasn't a one-time thing. Each time, I've found the service to be rude, dismissive, and generally unwelcoming. There seems to be a select group of staff who are very close with certain customers and will spend their time talking with and befriending them, while other customers are seemingly ignored. I've also noticed staff spending a lot of time on their phones or sitting at the bar instead of checking on customers. The overall attitude from some of the staff gives off major "mean girl" energy. It's especially noticeable because there was a newer staff member during my most recent visit who was genuinely kind, attentive, and good at her job. I really enjoyed interacting with her, and she honestly stood out from the rest in the best way. The food is just okay and, in my opinion, lacks flavor. If you order it to go, expect it to be pretty soggy by the time you get home. I gave this place multiple chances because I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately the repeated poor service and mediocre food have completely turned me off. I won't be returning.

They had the menus printed on paper placemats (or we thought they were placemats), but they took them back when we ordered. They reuse these???? The menu has changed and not for the good. They had wonderful egg salad sandwiches, and don't even offer it anymore. At least they still had gluten-free bread. None of us enjoyed the food. The service was poor. Our wait staff knew nothing about the menu and couldn't answer any of our questions. We had to ask for items multiple times before she brought things to us (e.g., a glass of water). How sad that what was once a quaint wonderful place to eat, is no longer a place I can recommend.
