Oh how the mighty have fallen. This used to be the best smoke shop in town, had everything you could ask for and the guys were always super helpful and offered crazy good deals. Now a days you have a buncha white kids running the shop; all the deals are non existent, the good products are all gone and they give you a snarky response when you ask if they still stock them. This place is awesome and the staff is amazing. Largest selection I've seen thus far. I highly recommend this place if you live in town or just spending a few days drinking wine. Dudes that work here are strait chillers. Great dudes, sick selection of glass and anything else smoke related you could think of. They even have stuff for those bunk vape shit. Every time the guy behind the counter (same guy every time) doesn't know anything about the juices he's selling....and tries to push different crap on us. My boyfriend offered to buy me a new mod for Christmas. I was really excited. Picked out the one I wanted, expecting him to give me one NOT opened.... nope. The opened played with one. Then said it was 135 bucks....smok g priv2... but he'd give it to us for 125. Go home, find out it's no more than 85 bucks online..... plus I actually bought my previous vape with them.....a joytech evic vtwo.... which is only 40-45 bucks max which I bought from them for 80 bucks. After having continuous trouble with it, he took it to the vape pen shop in napa and was told they had never seen that version and most likely it was a fake. I've been buying from Starbuzz for almost two years, but I will never return and give them my money again. A while ago, I went in to make a small purchase. My total should have been $17.50, however when I checked the receipt, I was charged $27.50 to my card. Figured it was just a mistake, no problem. A few weeks later I went in to buy some shisha, and I was told it would be $15. As the owner was ringing me up, I watched him add another $10.00 charge so that it came up as $25.00 on the register. He didn't think that I had noticed, because as a regular customer, I always pay with card - however, when he saw that I took out cash instead of my card, he changed it to $15.00 again. As I was leaving the store, a previous customer came back in and said "Hey, you owe me $10 man!". Guess he's been doing it a lot lately. This isn't to mention that I've seen some shady "deals" go down over the counter with their other employees. Not a good image to have. This place used to be pretty great, but due to the incline in service, blatant scamming, and shady practices, I refuse to give them my business. read more

I went in to check out there juice my friend said there ruining some kind of promo and i got a extra set up for a back up for the price i could not beat it filled my tank and put the top on still inside the store and the battery would not work so he tried it out and put a different top on and it worked on that top so he gr abed another top and put it on and lost my juice from the first top so i get the top on and that one works as I'm using it it starts to leak so once again he changed it out so now i have lost almost hafe of my juice filling both tanks and having to through them away because of them not working this is the 1st and last time I go there. Living in a tourist destination like Napa having businesses care about their local customers is important but Starbuzz is DEFINITELY NOT that kind of place.. My fiance and I used to go to Starbuzz almost every day for cigarettes, vape liquids, rolling papers, incense.. Lol you name it thats where we would go but since the main owner Mike has taken a step back this place has seriously gone downhill. They will do or say anything (even straight up lie) to sell you as much merchandise as they can including items they know wont work for your mod or know nothing about. They tried to sell me a DIRTY USED TANK off of the pen they were using as I walked in to the shop!! They care more about hanging out and watching tv behind the counter than they do about their customers. They will completely ignore you until they feel like helping you OR stop helping you and ignore you to help people who came in after you even if you were the only customer when you walked in. Bottom line if you are looking for a place that is trustworthy, polite, friendly, accommodating or knowledgeable about the products theyre selling this is NOT the business you are looking for! read more

I visited this store once because my E-Cigarette/Nicotine Vaporizer had broken and with my habit I couldn't wait for an internet replacement. Initially I was frustrated that the unfamiliar brand they carried seemed overpriced. Now that I have been using the product they sold me for several months, I must admit they sold me a better product than I had before and at a fair price.
