All the employees who work here are super kind and helpful. They don't overwhelm you by trying to…read morehelp too much either. They have a nice but small variety and everything is made pretty sturdy. They switch them up every so often as well so you can come back and look again for another piece later on. I've only ever had 1 piece break and that was my fault anyways lol. They also have a pretty big incense variety and I like that because I don't like overwhelming smells and they have some very nice ones.

Honestly probably my go to smoke shop for a fat minute and I liked them until this point I went in…read morebought a product and ended up not needing it wasn't open nor used ( quick fix ) just wasn't going to use and I didnt have a receipt and I called to make sure it was okay to go in and told them my whole dilemma they said it was alright and they would be able to go through there transactions and refund it to the card I payed with like most places can. I go in same kid that even sold it to me was there that's how I know it was the same person I talked to over the phone and tells me no we can't do that . I tell him and try to explain the situation and that I talked to someone over the phone saying it was possible and he just sighs as if it's not his job then proceeded to give me an attitude and tell me that he can call his boss to see what we can do if that's what I want which was pretty clear I did then tells me with an attitude I need to move aside because there's people waiting when I literally let people pass in front of me because that same reason and it was one customer who had literally just walked in. Then to put the cherry on top he pulls out a little sign wedged in between the cash register and his both all hidden stating no refunds or along those lines . It's not about the money I wasted because it was rlly just 40 dollars it's about the way he treated me and said stuff I would no recommend this smoke shop whats so ever!!

I only go to red star because of him. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The guy is truly unbelievable at how well he is with customers. He is patient and explains things in a way that makes sense. I have never seen someone so good with customers before he is kind to everyone every time I've been there. Who ever is his employer is extremely lucky to have a guy like him. I imagine most people go to this location because of him.
