Very Rude sales clerk, he said he was the owners son when I asked to speak to the owners. Due to a bong I bought 2 months ago, that had a manufacturing defect and the son kept telling me I did buy it there because they don't sell bongs for 180 dollars, so I showed him which pipe it was {he had one on the shelf}. He said just it was only 95 dollars. Do I was over charge for a manufactured defective pipe. And the RUDE SON did not care to keep me as a customer. I have recommended this shop to people. I love this smoke shop!!! They have a lot of stuff, prices are good, employees are helpful and kind.

I've been to this place a few times and it always pleases. Well, except for today. I came in to find a piece that wouldn't break while I was camping. I was fit to buy a 13$ small silicone piece with inlaid glass when the friendly counter guy suggested a 20$ larger silicone model with an external bowl piece. I told the counter guy I need a bowl that won't break and he sold me on a 20$ gorilla glass bowl. I was told the counter guy watched a dude personally throw a gorilla glass bowl across the street 7 times before it broke. I was sold he rung me up and for $40 I had an indestructible combo. As I the computer is charging me I enquire to testing the bowl piece. I'm told that if I drop it upside down from counter-ish height it'll be fine. I drop it upside down from knee height (much shorter than the hip height counter) as instructed and the piece hits bowl down, flips over and the corner of the stem gently tap the floor. The bowl EXPLODES IN A SHOWER OF GLASS DUST SHARDS. Glass is everywhere and my card has just processed. Ok. No problem. I was informed that this gorilla glass bowl couldn't break even if I chucked it across a busy street onto the sidewalk on the other side but it clearly shattered from a 6 inch drop. A 3 millimeter drop if you count the height the stem fell from before it hit the ground. Helped clean it up, got glass shards in my hands. So obviously I would be credited 20$ or offered a new piece, right? Nope. I was told I broke it so I bought it (even though I was told it pretty much couldn't break) but if I wanted to buy ANOTHER piece and hope that one is as indestructible as promised then I would only pay half price! I love this store! Each time I have come in, the employees have been super kind and knowledgeable. I'm terrible with names unfortunately...but there is a woman, and a gentleman with glasses that are awesome! The gentleman today, helped fix my zippo right up and he gave me some tips! Visited 4 smoke shops in the area just for the hell of it and seeing if I could find a new piece but the service was bleh. I visited Roll-It as a last resort thinking I would get the same type of service, but man was I wrong. Anna and Alana were busy talking to their customers when we walked in but helped answer our questions and showed us a few different pieces. The service was great and the prices were just as good. Definitely will be making this place my new go to. read more
