Nick I believe is his name just in case it's the guy with the reddish beard is one of the greatest reps when it comes to customer service I have ever dealt with. I only go to red star because of him. He is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. The guy is truly unbelievable at how well he is with customers. He is patient and explains things in a way that makes sense. I have never seen someone so good with customers before he is kind to everyone every time I've been there. Who ever is his employer is extremely lucky to have a guy like him. This place rules. Everyone is super chill and knows what they're talking about. I'm not sure if their prices are amazing or terrible, cause I only shop there. They've got tons of different juices to choose from, including their house brand and and "premium" juices. I only get the house stuff cause it's great to me. After many years vaping I find this place excessively overpriced. House juice 120ml is $28 a bottle. Choke choke. It costs them less than $1 to make it. Ah no thank you. I also called today for a price on premium 60ml bottle. Was told it is $24 after taxes. Other vape shops in the valley that carry the premium I'm looking for, sell it at $15. To make matters worse, one of the long time employees that works there was complete jerk to me multiple times. Nope don't need that. I support brick and mortar stores but not Red Star. Horrible Place I reached out to the store manager and she said she would follow up but I never heard any resolution. Now, it's been several weeks who had the same experience with the gentlemen with a goatee, obviously, they do not care about customer service experience and do not care they will lose customers. So I never paid much attention to Red Star, knew they existed and that a lot of people hated on them but just figured it was because they're a chain of stores instead of an independent local vape shop. I came in at 1am because I had just gotten off of work and it's amazing they they are open 24/7. My tank was having trouble reading my NEW coil. I brought it in and this guy fixed it by replacing my coil for free even though I didn't buy the defective one at red star. He was very helpful and helped me pick out some new e juice. It's been about a year since I first started vaping. I moved here from Las Vegas and this is the second shop I've found! By far the best of the two! Mike,Ricky and Austin were all super knowledgeable and friendly when it came to helping pick out my set up and set it up! I knew what I had my heart set on they helped solidify the deal with knowledge and opinions so I knew exactly what would be good for me. Their juice bar is dope! I love fruity and dessert type flavors and Mike and Austin knew just the ones for me to try as soon as I said my taste preference! "Top of the muffin" and "Pixie Tears" are definitely my top favorites (I have other flavors from this shop as well.) My boyfriend got his setup a couple weeks ago from here and so I trusted coming in here because he highly recommended them as well! Another dope flavor they have is the "Dino Bites" legit like eating fruit pebbles! They got super busy at one point but handled it all with great ease and I had no problem waiting to get set up! Theyvmade sure I was all setup with everything I needed and understood it all before I left! They never tried to push any specific thing or oversell on prices which is a problem I've had before at other shops. They kept it straight to the point but made sure I had everything I needed. Value wise I definitely feel like I got way more than I spent and am way beyond satisfied! I spent what I expected to spend and have no regrets about it (I'm sure we've all had that happen before so it's fantastic when it doesn't happen!) They kept the flow nice and smooth and worked in a quick but detailed and effeciant manner. Extremely awesome visit in the end and I will totally be back in the future! Bad experience at this location. I came in with a tank TF8 Big Baby Cloud Beast that I bought on line from another source and the lady TC I think was her name agreed to swap it out for the tank I needed since what I paid for was far more than in cost than what I needed. Turns out the tank doesn't work and when I take it back find the lady no longer works there and there is no record of the swap transaction in their files. They also couldn't get the tank Smok TF V8 Big Baby to work without first doing a lot of modification to the tank I was given. I finally decided to buy another tank but wanted him A red-headed guy seemed to be in charge to make sure it worked before I bought it. He wouldn't do that and kept whining about what his x- employee didn't do. I won't be going back to this joint. Bas service!! read more

So, I am a noob vaper. I am currently vaping on a Vaporesso Tarot Nano and I came in to Red Star after looking all over Yelp and I am officially a Red Star girl. I love the variety of flavors of juice I can choose from. Today I picked up Fruit Flood and Frost Dragon. The lady I was talking to was fantastic. I didn't catch her name but I wish I did for a shout out. She helped me mixing my juices because i have not done that and she talked to me for a while about what tanks i can upgrade my mod to when I am ready. She is awesome and if I knew her name I would recommend anyone looking to learn some stuff to go to her. Also, the pricing was super on point and on Monday's they do have a military discount. I have had good service in the past but today was horrible. I constantly go in and have never been asked for id and it is the same guy every time. When I said that was surprising he said they "do it all the time" which is completely false. Then when I told him he was lying and that I just came in yesterday, which I did, and he has never done it, he said I probably wasn't helped by him. Then I told him once again he was wrong, I even pointed out the monster logo tattoo concealed behind his ear. Then he said, "you know I can refuse service if you are persistent." So I started walking out and he goes "I was just joking." If they give you trouble at all leave and go somewhere else. There are a plethora of shops that are equal if not better in quality. Teach them to talk to customers with at least the same respect you give them. I was a frequent client and my friends as well and I do not think we will be back. You lost a large clientele and I will be spreading the news. read more
