This store looks old and beat up but is generally clean. Meaning no disrespect, I've noticed that most of the employee's attire is indicative of low income. The few employees I've dealt with were pleasant enough although a few don't seem too happy. The customers at this store are generally low income or elderly but I've been told that they did away with those black hand baskets because they were being stolen if that tells you anything about the area. During busy times, lines form down an aisle which blocks access to certain shelves. Even with all the self-serve registers open, they rarely open regular registers when this happens. And lastly, I can't tell you how many times I've been hit in face with cigarette smoke while entering the store both from customers and employees on a break. A truly off-putting smell. Being a caregiver to someone that lives nearby is the only reason I shop there otherwise I highly recommend the Broadway and Mineral store. Or the location on Broadway and Littleton Blvd in a pinch. read more

The personnel at the King Soopers pharmacy on 5050 S Federal Blvd are some of the rudest, blank staring, socially inept people. Went to pickup prescriptions in the drive through met with a "hi" not a "welcome to the pharmacy, picking up?" They never ask for name they just ask date of birth" in a half question tone and it's never "may I please have your date of birth". The girl asked me to repeat my date of birth 5 times because she apparently couldn't hear it. I would think if someone works a drive thru they know how to make it a smooth process but nope. Completely forget "goodbye have a good day" or something along those lines you'll be handed your prescriptions without a word of politeness. If you want to be treated like an idiot and an asshole in your shopping experience, look no further. read more

pretty good King Soppers on the corner of Bellview and Federal in the Littleton area. Its set up basically the same as all other King Soopers that Ive been in. I always like to come to the hot foods section to grab a quick lunch or to the bakery for some afternoon treats. Check out was fast and friendly and when I stopped at the front service desk, the lone employee was accommodating and professional. Good experience all around. read more

I shop here about 2 x each month as the variety and pricing are good. But, we are back under a mask mandate in our area and Covid is during. This store has signs staying masks are required but my informal survey as I shopped last night (spent $215) indicated that more than 1/3 of shoppers were defiantly marching about with no masks. These people walked into my space, coughed, touched items- and not one store employee nor manager did a thing. Overall, this is a great King Soopers location. Produce can be bit or miss but they do try to keep it well stocked. Theres usually enough parking even when the store is crowded. The pasta selection is also finally increasing even during covid. Most people I see in here wear masks, which is comforting. They have a great selection of farm fresh items from produce to eggs. The store is kept pretty clean. Big bakery and large selection of cheeses. The employees I've encountered are also friendly. I just wish they would have smaller carts! Why is it all big carts? Sometimes you don't need a lot of items and you don't feel like carrying a basket! Has a gas station for convience and a liquor store in the same lot. I guess this is specifically for the pharmacy, even though the entire store is great. I've been coming here ever since I was in the womb and have never had any complaints. No one likes having medical emergencies, especially when they may be minor but seem like the biggest deal in the world. This MAY BE a little TMI, but my Nuva Ring was defaulted and my body reacted awfully to not having it. After many, many, many calls being made trying to find out what I could do, the only people that were able to help me were Ben and Jessie from the pharmacy. My doctor wasn't able to get me another one and Ben tried his hardest to get me one by being the messenger between my insurance and I. He spent about 30 min in total trying to help me which meant so much to me. He was kind the entire time while I was freaking out and made sure he pulled all the strings he could have, which meant the WORLD to me considering this was an emergency. Unfortunately, he was unable to get me one under a reasonable price, considering those things are $200+ for O N E, I wasn't able to afford it and was willing to stick it out. This is where Jessie comes in. Me, being the "savy coupon user" received a 50% off coupon from the Nuva Ring site itself which everyone can receive. The down side is, once Jessie got it into the system, she informed me that it only works with certain insurances, and with my luck it didn't work with mine. So, she spent even more time trying to see what SHE could do after hearing the conversation with Ben and I. She was able to move my pickup date to the 29th instead of the 4th of February which totally changed the game for me. Being able to receive it so soon is going to keep my body on track and makes me feel a sh*t ton better. SO! Jessie and Ben thank you for making my emergency part of your daily, it's greatly appreciated. read more

Overpriced ripoff...ordered two items waned one, but had to get my dollar amount up in order to delivery to transpire..the order came and the item I wanted was out of stock, the deliver person was nasty and refuse to return the other time I didn't want. Paid a huge premium for something I didn't really want..the item that I had to keep I could have paid had the price for....I would stay away from such service, especially with King Soopers unless you are desperate need. Overall experience was terrible. I didn't get their text about my shipment as it was early in the morning and hadn't waken, I would have never aloud the said delivery.....they had my phone number and could have told me the order was not complete. Scheduled a flu shot which was recommended by an associate in the pharmacy. Upon arriving early for my shot, the signage was not clear as to where to check in and I was not standing in the correct spot to be helped while other customers who arrived after me were being helped. The pharmacist directed me to the correct line but I had to go to the back of the line which was frustrating. read more

I have been shopping at the Federal and Bellview store for 30+ years. It seems that now they are focused on selling wine and beer. They rearranged the store to accommodate large quantities of those. They no longer have significant staff and they no longer make take-home meals daily. The area that makes fried chicken is not operating anymore. I don't know if it's permanent, but clearly showing a downturn at this location. read more

This is a wonderful King Soopers location. It's always clean, well-stocked, and fully staffed. They have a Murray's cheese section, fresh sushi, not to mention a huge selection of vitamins, supplements, and other natural items. The employees are all so incredibly nice as well, from the people collecting carts to the management. Today, I went here specifically to get some fresh almond butter. They have grinders in the bulk items section for freshly made almond and peanut butter. I kept pressing the button on the almond butter machine but nothing came out. I walked around the store a bit, found an employee quickly, and asked if he could help me (I believe his name was John). He dropped what he was doing and came over to the machine with me, calling over a manager, Amir, on the way. They both couldn't figure out what was going on, so they called a third employee, Jamie, over. She was able to figure out that the spout of the machine had become jammed with almonds and was able to get it working again. They were all so nice and helpful, and did not hesitate to immediately assist me and see how the problem could be fixed. They all literally stopped what they were doing just so they could personally assist me. You don't see that kind of customer service that much these days, and I was absolutely wowed. Huge kudos to Amir, John, and Jamie! Also, one time a couple of months ago, I was browsing the markdown section. A nearby employee (I didn't catch his name) who was restocking it told me about two other places in the store where markdown/clearance items could be found. I really liked this! He obviously knew that I was looking for bargains and wanted to help me find even more. All in all, I've had several experiences at this store where employees went above and beyond to make my shopping experience better, and I cannot overstate how much I appreciate that. Last week I went to this location because I was on that side of town. Not my normal location. The cashier, Derek, was the rudest person I have met. When I got to the register, the older woman in front of me had loaded all of her grocery on the belt except her bottle of water. I started loading my stuff on the belt, a couple feet back to give her room to put her water up. When she was paying the cashier said to me "Are you buying her groceries?" I said, "what?". He said to back up and give her space. I told him I am back 5 feet and there is not other place to go. He continued to chastize me about "crowding her". I asked for a manager. When the manager came to the register he tried to whisper to her so I told him to tell her out loud what happened so I could hear. He walked away. The manager apologized to me. The woman that was in front of me was so concerened she stayed behind and told the manager that he was out of line and that I was not anywhere near her. She told them twice that he was wrong. Not sure what this guy's problem was but he should not be dealing with the public. Will not be going back to that store. read more

This is my home store. I live about a mile away and come here quite frequently. I think this store is great. They have what I need in stock most of the time (95%). However when they do have an item out of stock like the particular beard balm I prefer it can take an inordinate amount of time to get that item re stocked, which is why this is 4 stars and not 5. read more

Update: November and STILL the pharmacy is a mess. Was told my medication would be available today after 11:30. Called because I know their reputation to make sure it was filled. Was told it now wouldn't be here until Tuesday. Not a single person in this pharmacy is on the same page. If you in any way require meds to be filled in an orderly fashion I would absolutely avoid this pharmacy. It's gotten to the point where I have like pharmacy PTSD. I have to psych myself up before trying to fill my meds because I know more than likely I will receive miscommunication and will end up having to wait days for my meds to be filled. It's sort of like dealing with an abusive friend. You never know what you're going to get. But 80% of the time you will be disappointed. Please, for the love of god, whoever manages the pharmacy, please step in and make some changes. read more

Since moving to Colorado I have been shopping at the King Soopers in Bear Valley, this was my 1st visit at this location and I WAS IMPRESSED!!! This King Soopers was very, very clean, well stocked, and organized. I found everything I was looking for AND some.... Ball Canning Jars on clearance... SCORE! Two things I found different than the King Soopers I usually shop at; 1 the store wasn't crazy packed with people or at least it didn't seem that way, maybe their floor plan is better laid out and that's the difference, and 2 the staff was genuinely very friendly!!! I will definitely be returning to this King Soopers and possibly making it my "go to" King Soopers! read more

Store in Littleton, Co also offers gasoline self-service pumps. Inside is a deli section, decent selections of fresh produce from California including some organic. Fair prices. Lots of Kroger brand items. When I need to locate a particular item; staff are willing to help me. They offer staffed checkouts along with self checkouts. Seem to carry plenty of items to accomplish "one stop shopping". That's how men like me shop so I'm happy with this grocery store. read more

This was the oldest, scariest King Soopers I had ever been to until they recently renovated it. It is nice to have a fuel station on this side of town. I am still getting used to their placement of items. It seems different than other King Soopers. The Mac & Cheese isn't in with the pasta and the rice is not in with Asian foods. Salad dressing is in the aisle with salsa and mayo is in with the pickles. Weird. read more

The florist, Paula, is fabulous! I came here after I had a bad experience at another florist. I loved her right away! She worked with me so much, even though she was only doing a wedding bouquet for my simple, 2nd wedding. She had some wonderful ideas and wanted to know all of mine. I ended up making a last minute, very odd request of her. My mom had just sent me a swatch of her wedding gown, and I wanted to work that and the tiny urn that carries my daddy into the bouquet. She did it fabulously, and I actually cried when I saw it. It literally looked like she picked the flowers from my wedding dress. She was on break when I picked it up, but she came out to make sure I was happy. Boy was I! I will be back! read more
