    They do a great job and are very friendly and helpful. We have lived in Castle Pines for over 20 years and we always use this pharmacy.

    We have been getting our scripts filled here for over a year and dealt with the long waits, the…read morecurious ready notifications immediately before closing, and the rude behavior of the pharmacists because it was close to our home. Yesterday was the final straw. Our daughter has been getting the same script for over a year but requires a new script each time. The script was called in Tuesday and put into "under pharmacist review". I didn't babysit it this time and let it do its thing. It finally went into "in process" status Friday. Saturday morning I went into the store to pick up another script and spoke with the pharmacy tech, asking if there were any blockers to getting it filled that day (explaining that due to the delay she had her last dose that morning). They confirmed there were no delays, the medication was in stock, and to come back after 2pm. Not ideal to have to come back, but ok. At noon the script went back into pharmacist review, so I called to make sure there were no issues. After being on hold for 10 minutes, she told me that the medication is not in stock, they won't be able to order it until at least Monday, and could not give an estimate of when it would come in. To expect anyone to go without their meds due to sitting on it for 5 days is ridiculous, let alone no apology or remorse for the delay. Enough is enough. We are moving our scripts to another pharmacy. They can keep their negligence, rude attitude, and delays.

I went into the store the next day after being on hold for an hour. I asked the pharmacist about the wait. She said they were not answering the phone, between being a short staffed and giving vaccinations they had no one to answer the phone. I can understand that but either change the phone message or have the phone answered someplace else. I have to speak to them to get my prescription due to how Walgreens handles the prescription.

Unfortunately, the customer service and communication have been consistently disappointing. During my first visit, I was told I would receive a text when my vehicle was finished. I sat in the waiting room for hours with no updates until an employee eventually walked in and said, "Oh, there she is, your car is done." I brushed it off at the time because the service itself was done well. About a week later, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. When I first called, I was told the damage would not be covered under warranty, so I paid for a brand new tire out of pocket. However, when I came in for the replacement, I was then informed that it actually should have been covered under warranty and that I would be refunded. The manager processed the refund while I was there. A few days later, the money was taken back out of my account and, months later, I still have not received it back. Every time I call, I'm told there is nothing they can do and that I just need to wait. At that point, I decided I would only come back for basic oil changes. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. Less than a minute after finalizing the appointment, I received a text saying the oil option I selected was no longer available and that my appointment would be cancelled. The biggest issue here is not the work done on vehicles. It's the lack of communication, and accountability when problems arise. After multiple frustrating experiences and months of waiting on money that was promised to be refunded, I can no longer recommend this location. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because one representative in particular genuinely made an effort to help and positively impacted a couple of my experiences here. Their professionalism and willingness to try to resolve issues did not go unnoticed.

Most items are not tagged with yellow clearance prices or have incorrect pricing signs on racks . This is my local Walmart store however I have found that the Walmart store in Parker and Elizabeth have much more to offer, they are open until 11pm and employees have a good friendly customer service staff UPDATE: Store has been remodeled in May. Much better layout and clearance section is organized for now

I was unsuccessful. The following business day was today the 23rd. They are refusing to refill it for me and will take no ownership whatsoever of their faulty answering service. From the moment we arrived, the pharmacy area was a live recording of complaints about wanting to go home. Loudly. Repeatedly. As if customers personally scheduled their shifts. Even better, watching one guy literally throw prescription bottles in frustration like it was some kind of pharmaceutical rage room. It was deplorable at best. And no, there were no customers giving anyone a hard time. This wasn't stress. This was unprofessional, aggressive, and honestly concerning behavior from people handling medication. If you're so angry that you're slamming and tossing filled prescriptions, you should not be anywhere near patients' meds. No one expects holiday cheer. We do expect basic professionalism and not to feel like an inconvenience for needing prescriptions filled. CVS Pharmacy might want to remind its staff that frustration is not a customer-facing personality trait. If you hate being there that much, call out. Don't take it out on the people you're supposed to help. This is especially true for the woman (I think) working the cash register at the Pharmacy.
