    This is Brian while degrading me and saying how I'll never work in Castle Rock again.

    To Management, I went to Walmart in Castle Rock at 133 Sam Walton Lane on Thursday November, 14th at 8:50pm to pick up three orders for Uber Eats at the pickup lot, and I waited in the parking lot for 51 minutes before they brought the orders out. I checked in at 8:51 in parking spot 7, and waited and waited for about 20 minutes, so I called to see what the hold up was, and the lady who answered said she couldn't see on her computer that I checked in, so I said okay and she was going to have my orders brought right out. Well, 20 minutes later, no orders came out, so I called again and a rude kid named, Brian answered and I explained to him that I'm with Uber Eats and I've been waiting for over a half hour, and he yelled at me saying, "no you haven't, you've been waiting 13 minutes." I told him that two of my customers have complained already to your manager, so I really need these orders to come out. After I hung up with him, 10 minutes later Brian came out extremely rude holding his scanner up in the air yelling at me, "see, I told you that you were only waiting 13 minutes." When he brought the orders out, they weren't even bagged, so I had to wait even longer for the two "boys" to bag the groceries. He kept on and on yelling at me and telling me how disrespectful I am, and I told him I have date and time stamped proof of when I arrived. He went on to tell me I would never work in Castle Rock, nor shop at Walmart and I will no longer have a job with Uber Eats as of last night. Then he told me that I need to be quiet or he's going to call another driver to pick those three orders up. He told me a dozen times how disrespectful I was and I shouldn't talk to a 20 year old kid like that and he asked me how old I was and that I should be embarrassed to be acting the way I was to a 20 year old. I was standing there recording him the whole time. He never stopped talking and degrading me. He then went on saying that it cost .25 cents for every minute I'm waiting, which I'm not sure why he said that, but I said back to him, "maybe you should hurry up bud," and he said, "I'm not your buddy." He was on a rampage and I've never experienced anyone so extremely rude and full of anger. I asked Brian for his managers name, and he said it was Bill and that to make sure I complain to Bill because Bill knows how much of a delight Brian is to work with until he's not. Supposedly Bill will agree with Brian's behavior. I've reported this to Corporate, and Heather who is the GM at Walmart in Castle Rock, and spoke to Marie, the Front End Manager. The Attorney General is now involved. Individuals like Brian should not be working in customer service period. For the record, there were three other cars that pulled in after me, and they canceled their orders and left after waiting 15 minutes. I haven't heard back from anyone from the Walmart store in Castle Rock to let me know what has taken place nor an apology. Dionne Meidinger

    This is the worst Walmart I've been in. I walked in nobody even said good morning .I started by looking for the juice aisle and the employees just watched me,obviously they could tell I wasn't sure where something was. However they didn't ask if they could help me find what I was looking for. I finally found the aisle and then when I was trying to get soy milk the. Shopper associate put her cart right in front of the door I was about to open . Anyway I won't return to this store anytime soon. They really aren't that friendly. Even the associate at the self checkout had a frown and couldn't even say good morning. How sad! It 8 am in the morning I hope their just having a bad day and it not always like this

    The racist employee working self check out named Evan

    Evan the employee at self check out tonight and I quote "I'm being nice today I only helped them because they spoke good English." And shortly after accused my boyfriend and I of stealing after we presented a receipt with proof of purchase. Do better it's 2024 and there's nothing wrong with being young successful and a minority his assumption and racial slur will be the reason I never shop at this store again.

    Beer label $17.98 rings up $18.98, 19.98

    Beer price labels are wrong! They can't change or correct the price because it's a Colorado Law...blah blah. But knowing this they have beer marked lower than it actually rings up. Any where from .50 to $5 more. Sometimes just a dollar. But they are aware of this and have not changed their labels or had the beer vendors change their labels. So that good price you think your getting you really aren't. And they seem to care less. Go buy from other businesses. And watch your other prices they seem fine with things not ringing up correctly.

    Every time I 'be tried come here for an oil change it's at least a two hour wait. There will only be 2 to 4 cars Absolutely ridiculous...

    Black Friday shopping and saw this store. Thought maybe my son would like something from here…read more Greeted right away upon entering even though the associate was with another customer. Bright and neat inside. He found a leather jacket he liked and tried it on. It looked good on him but then again most things do. He's lucky like that. But the price was out of our budget. $500. I'm sure it's a good jacket and would last a long time but as a teen, fashion is more important to him and he passed on the jacket. The store's price point is high and we enjoyed looking but didn't purchase.

    I have never been so upset in my life after a shopping experience. Visited the Castle Rock Outlets…read moreand ran in because I saw a stylish flannel through the window. After shopping in the store for what felt like 10 minutes, I was curious if anyone worked there because, besides my 3 friends, we couldn't find one other person in this small store. A long time later 2 employees walked out of the back. I had already picked out the flannel I was going to purchase and a pair of sweats I loved. I was looking for my size in another pair of sweats before checking out. As my friend was waiting she briefly sat half on a display bench. After one of the employees saw her, she shouted at her from across the room telling her not to sit there. She then walked over to us saying extremely rude things and that my friend messed up the clothes, which wasn't the case. Upon being discussed with how rude she was, I decided I will never shop here again and put my clothes on the rack and left. As we were walking out, she yelled "bye" at us and then in a very sarcastic tone yelled "we are doing the best we can" By far the worst shopping experience I've had. I am disappointed because I really liked the clothing I was going to buy, but I couldn't believe what had transpired in front of me.
