I used to only come to this location for service on my vehicle because the actual work done on my car has always been good. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication have been consistently disappointing. During my first visit, I was told I would receive a text when my vehicle was finished. I sat in the waiting room for hours with no updates until an employee eventually walked in and said, "Oh, there she is, your car is done." I brushed it off at the time because the service itself was done well. About a week later, I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. When I first called, I was told the damage would not be covered under warranty, so I paid for a brand new tire out of pocket. However, when I came in for the replacement, I was then informed that it actually should have been covered under warranty and that I would be refunded. The manager processed the refund while I was there. A few days later, the money was taken back out of my account and, months later, I still have not received it back. Every time I call, I'm told there is nothing they can do and that I just need to wait. At that point, I decided I would only come back for basic oil changes. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. Less than a minute after finalizing the appointment, I received a text saying the oil option I selected was no longer available and that my appointment would be cancelled. The biggest issue here is not the work done on vehicles. It's the lack of communication, and accountability when problems arise. After multiple frustrating experiences and months of waiting on money that was promised to be refunded, I can no longer recommend this location. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because one representative in particular genuinely made an effort to help and positively impacted a couple of my experiences here. Not a warm welcome from employees. Women's clothing department over the past year clearance racks have become a complete mess and unorganized. Most items are not tagged with yellow clearance prices or have incorrect pricing signs on racks . This is my local Walmart store however I have found that the Walmart store in Parker and Elizabeth have much more to offer, they are open until 11pm and employees have a good friendly customer service staff UPDATE: Store has been remodeled in May. Came in for Mabo tofu sauce and IPA beer. No mabo tofu sauce so sad panda. We wandered around and found a treat snack and the beer we wanted. On the way out beer purchase had to be verified for eligible age. No problem. What I did have a problem with was as we walked from the cash register by the door and had the receipt in hand, the door person had to check that we paid for our purchase. To Management, I went to Walmart in Castle Rock at 133 Sam Walton Lane on Thursday November, 14th at 8:50pm to pick up three orders for Uber Eats at the pickup lot, and I waited in the parking lot for 51 minutes before they brought the orders out. I checked in at 8:51 in parking spot 7, and waited and waited for about 20 minutes, so I called to see what the hold up was, and the lady who answered said she couldn't see on her computer that I checked in, so I said okay and she was going to have my orders brought right out. Well, 20 minutes later, no orders came out, so I called again and a rude kid named, Brian answered and I explained to him that I'm with Uber Eats and I've been waiting for over a half hour, and he yelled at me saying, "no you haven't, you've been waiting 13 minutes." I told him that two of my customers have complained already to your manager, so I really need these orders to come out. After I hung up with him, 10 minutes later Brian came out extremely rude holding his scanner up in the air yelling at me, "see, I told you that you were only waiting 13 minutes." When he brought the orders out, they weren't even bagged, so I had to wait even longer for the two "boys" to bag the groceries. He kept on and on yelling at me and telling me how disrespectful I am, and I told him I have date and time stamped proof of when I arrived. He went on to tell me I would never work in Castle Rock, nor shop at Walmart and I will no longer have a job with Uber Eats as of last night. Then he told me that I need to be quiet or he's going to call another driver to pick those three orders up. He told me a dozen times how disrespectful I was and I shouldn't talk to a 20 year old kid like that and he asked me how old I was and that I should be embarrassed to be acting the way I was to a 20 year old. I was standing there recording him the whole time. He never stopped talking and degrading me. He then went on saying that it cost .25 cents for every minute I'm waiting, which I'm not sure why he said that, but I said back to him, "maybe you should hurry up bud," and he said, "I'm not your buddy." He was on a rampage and I've never experienced anyone so extremely rude and full of anger. I asked Brian for his managers name, and he said it was Bill and that to make sure I complain to Bill because Bill knows how much of a delight Brian is to work with until he's not. Supposedly Bill will agree with Brian's behavior. I've reported this to Corporate, and Heather who is the GM at Walmart in Castle Rock, and spoke to Marie, the Front End Manager. The Attorney General is now involved. Individuals like Brian should not be working in customer service period. For the record, there were three other cars that pulled in after me, and they canceled their orders and left after waiting 15 minutes. Received a duplicate baby monitor as a gift. Went to return it and the associates and manager opened the brand new box, took the monitor apart to find the serial number, then told me it would have needed to be returned to the same store it was purchased from. But now it can't be returned since it's opened. So they advised me to sell it online, after they took it apart. Terrible customer service. read more

This is the worst Walmart I've been in. I walked in nobody even said good morning .I started by looking for the juice aisle and the employees just watched me,obviously they could tell I wasn't sure where something was. However they didn't ask if they could help me find what I was looking for. I finally found the aisle and then when I was trying to get soy milk the. Shopper associate put her cart right in front of the door I was about to open . Anyway I won't return to this store anytime soon. They really aren't that friendly. Beer price labels are wrong! They can't change or correct the price because it's a Colorado Law...blah blah. But knowing this they have beer marked lower than it actually rings up. Any where from .50 to $5 more. Sometimes just a dollar. But they are aware of this and have not changed their labels or had the beer vendors change their labels. So that good price you think your getting you really aren't. And they seem to care less. Go buy from other businesses. And watch your other prices they seem fine with things not ringing up correctly. read more

And yet, again, another terrible customer service experience at this store. I was looking for a bra extender. There was no one in the fabric department so I looked for myself, which is what I normally would because where ARE the employees. I made my way to the dressing room to see if the clerk there could help or, at least, call for assistance. What I was told was that she didn't work in this department and the person that did wouldn't be in today. I asked if there was anyone who could help me. She said no. I said 'There's not one single person that can help me?' She said no. Then advised me to look around the bra area for accessories. I did but found no accessories. I continued with my shopping, which I must say getting the bra extender was the whole reason I went to Walmart. I asked 2 other clerks including a manager and they didn't know. The manager said that she was over food and didn't have a clue where I could look. Eventually, I made my way back to the fabric department as a last ditch effort. I found a clerk walking by on my way there and asked her. She did say the fabric department and continued to walk on by. OK. At least I felt I was on the right track to begin with and, I did find them there in the notions area. If I had looked more carefully, I would have found them by myself when I originally was there. The issue I have with this event is that even though the clerks had no idea what I was either asking for or know there to point me, I am temporarily handicap and am walking with a cane. I don't need the scooter but, walking that much in the store was painful. I would have thought that someone would have got on their walkie-talkie and ask someone who would know. read more

Nope nope and nope. Customer service here SUCKS! Staff don't want to help, and whenever I've asked for help, it's rolling eyes or sighs. I literally had to wait to pay for groceries a good 15 mins, then she didn't have change for my $20s and sent me to customer service where I had to wait 20 mins to get my $13 in change. I had not shopped Walmart in a while because the store was so big and I could not find anything. Then I discovered the Walmart app for my Smartphone and it made all the difference in the world. You can type any product into your smartphone using the app and it will tell you where it is in the store. In addition, you can simply scan your receipt and Walmart will price check many competitor stores and if there is a lower price, the difference will be added to a gift card. You can scan the barcode on any product and it will tell you all about the product. The app also does a whole lot more. Give it a try. I do all my shopping at Walmart now and always find what I am looking for. read more

Don't carry a list with a pen, because when you put it in your purse, the department manager named Norma, will accuse you of stealing in front of your kids. My delivery driver got our ordered mixed up. No biggie! Then he went to swap the orders!! When he returned to my apartment, he was holding a single measly bag with, what he called, "what the other customers didn't want" He then Proceeded to hand me a hundred dollar bill. He said that they "hope this covers it." Now, in my opinion, it's the principle, why did my delivery driver think it was okay that the other customer was allowed my things because they were THINKING about ordering them, and now that they have them, they don't wanna give them back.... strange, considering I ORDERED those things, not them. Minor Racism towards to MINORITY. Have you ever met a person who decide to treat a person by lecturing, no greetings, correcting and refuse to deliver the (100% satisfaction guara nteed) service because you have a different ethnicity?  I am a Korean American. I went to walmart having understanding of my return might be not possible because I didn't keep the receipt ( Shampoo was 90% full) so they might give me a store credit or no return at all which was understandable for me. Unfortunately, I read a news saying Asian American racism increased 20 to 30% because of Corona Virus but didn't bothered by it because I live in a great community but not today. When I went to a customer service desk first thing started  I was corrected by social distancing even though I was doing it so I went even further , no greetings, but she greeted a lady behind me( Caucasian) and correcting me with walmart policy. She assumed my purchase was passed 90days because my CC didn't recognized it. Well ok to me but her tone of voice and attitude wasn't friendly and told me she worked there 13 years policy hasn't changed which i never had any problem with returning any item. She start to correcting me saying it has been same policy all the time. I felt like I am a uneducated Asian who is trying to take an advantage with waltmart itme ! A bottle of shampoo , not like a huge TV i bought before. If she said nicely and treated me with decent respect I would not be writing this now. She told me to bring a right card to identify the purchase and I left. I was immediately very shaky and humiliated! I was blacked out with all my shopping list and couldn't even think straight. I hesitated but I talked to the assistant manager and she was GREAT! She listened and offered me to do return and I said refund isn't the big issue. It is about the feeling I just received from the customer service lady. I felt like I was the victim of minor RACISM!. Maybe I am too radical about this but couldn't help myself feeling so hurt and humiliated. Her name is ROSIE at the customer service. Assistant Manager took me to customer service and tell the other manager not ROSIE. When we got there she immediately yelling saying " it was 90 days passed." The other Manager said: " We are not sure about that" ROSIE got offended immediately yelling from the desk behind " Do Not Scold me in front of people" immediately correct the assistant manager who took me to there. I felt frighten by her tone of voice and attitude I NEVER experienced like this at walmart before. Customer service ROSIE had an attitude of she was the top of the world and nobody can correct her. Why did she do over a shampoo bottle? My head was spinning and felt that I was the ASIAN who related to COVID19. She might not liking me in the beginning so asked me to distance from her and didn't want to provide service. A person like Rosie will trigger the fear of shopping as a minority as well as BLAME, DISCRIMINATION and RACISM. The customer service at this store is horrible, and many of the employees are rude. When shopping at the Castle Rock, Co. at around 8:45pm, I had to pay for my items on the complete opposite side of the store from where i enter because those were the only registers open. After paying I walked all the way to the other side of the store to leave because that is where I had parked my car. As I am almost to the door 2 employees are in process of locking the doors and one is still open in front of me as one of the women quickly closes it and starts locking it. I asked to be let out because I was already here before she locked the door and this is where my car was parked. The employee said no that it was locked and I had to walk to the doors on the other side of the store as she stood there with the keys in her hand. So again I had to walk completely to the other side of the store where I has just been at the register and walk completely back again outside the store to where my car was parked. This was so ridiculous that I decided to complain as I walked by the customer service desk. I told an employee there that I wanted to talk to a manager. As I told her a summary of what had just happened I pointed to the employee that had been so rude. The employee told me "oh that's the assistant manager that is in charge tonight." I told her that I wanted the name and number of the manager and she clearly did not want to give it to me. After having ask her several times she started to tell me the name and number verbally. I told her that I wanted her to write it down for me and again had to ask her several times. She finally wrote it down on a small piece of ripped off paper and gave it to me with a very irritate attitude. This store does not have any clue on how to run a store and how to treat its customers.
