We are new to Cocoa and very grateful to have found our forever alterations specialist. She was so incredibly sweet and offered amazing service. We needed small alterations for our toddlers suit. The alterations lady stopped what she was doing and helped us right away. She gave us a pickup date for a week later and her prices were very fair. She even decreased the price when we arrived because she realized there was a button on the inside that could be adjusted. I appreciate her honesty. Her prices are very fair and honest as well. I don't have any pictures of my son in the suit after alterations because we had to miss the event but I trust their work at this establishment. I love how she has pictures with clients all over the wall spanning from over 20 years. read more

I had my wedding dress altered here and she did an amazing job! Price was fair/on the lower side compared to other places. She made the major alterations i asked for and stayed right on track with the timeline. She took the dress in about 2 sizes, removed quite a bit of fabric from the straps, adjusted the length and added a button so i could pin up the train. My first time getting anything altered was here at King Tailor in Coppell. I submitted the articles of clothing here requesting that the job be done about a week later. I went back in a few days afterward to request it to be done the next day instead. The sweet woman working there was kind, and despite having many orders to fill, she took my request without complaint. When I went back the next day, my order was ready, and she greeted me with a big smile. The customer service is great, and the seams/stitching on my clothing are near perfect! read more

Stay away from this place. I took 2 old military jackets to her to get some patches sewed on. On the chest pockets, she sewed the patches on the pockets thru the jacket closing up the pockets rendering the pockets useless. I told her not to do this when I dropped them off. when I pointed out her mistake, she argued with me saying that's the way they are done and didn't even offer to correct her mistake. Took a pair of suit pants to her that i needed 1/4 of an inch added to the waist. She said she couldn't do it and then told me that I must have gained some weight. 0/10. Would never go back. read more

She gave me unwanted weight loss advice instead of adding a snap that I need to keep my wrap dress closed. it was terrible. Don't go there unless you have a hearty self-esteem. read more

Worst decision I could have made. I wanted my homecoming dress shorter because it was too long for me (it went almost down to my knees) when I told her i wanted it a few inches up she told me that would make it ugly. She told me how I wanted MY DRESS would be ugly. She told me I was "Too young" to have it shortened. I am 18 years old and the dress was 100% appropriate for me age. She ended up only taking it up an inch which made no difference. The day we went to pick it up she "misplaced" the dress. So I came back when she told me to come back and it was still not done even after my mom called. I came back again hours later for it to be ready. We gave her over two weeks to do the dress it was very simple. I had to end up having my friends mom fix it for me. Wish I never came and wasted 30$ do not recommend she was just extremely rude in general and over the phone. read more
