I had a super last minute emergency with a costume for my daughter that was too large on her. I called and this sweet lady agreed to help me out that same day. I brought the costume to her, pinned to the best of my abilities since my daughter had to be in school, around 10 AM. She completed the whole thing and had it ready for me by one. I wish I could give ten stars for this review. Because of shipping delays, my daughter's prom dress was extremely delayed and we had a very short turn around for alterations. The dress came with a train and it needed to be hemmed and have train removed. I was surprised when Soha agreed to look at it with such very limited time. My attitude was "do what you can" and we will deal with It. The dress was done early and to perfection! She saved the prom for my daughter and we are so grateful. INCREDIBLE FAST WORK. I would 100% recommend for any alterations, she is the sweetest person too.

I brought a formal dress for shortening straps and hemming the edges. The lady was courteous and professional during the first meeting. she said the dress would be ready in 2 weeks and it was. When my mom picked the dress up, she felt rushed and couldn't examine the dress, and the lady held out the door for my mom indicating her to leave after we gave payment. When I received the dress, the hem was bunched along the front and completely uneven, and the threads of the dress were unraveling because the borders were not secured or waxed. We had planned to use this dress for future alterations. But the work was not professional and there was no opportunity for feedback. it was an expensive dress for a wedding, and I am very saddened by the results. read more

Soha did such an amazing job on my wedding dress!! She made it the perfect length and shortened the straps. It felt like my dress was made just for me. At my first appointment, I got really light headed and almost passed out and Soha went out of her way to take care of me and brought me food and water.
