First off, the day I was scheduled to be tattooed, the artist sat me down for SIX HOURS while he drew the design (I have multiple large pieces, the artist has always been prepared when I arrive). After my legs and mind went practically numb, he informed me that it was too late in the day to start the tattoo. Great. I left a deposit and honestly didn't get the vibe that he'd reimburse me if I canceled, so I decided to go back for the tattoo. The actual tattoo took so much longer than I anticipated, and it felt like he was just milking me for money at that point, while also setting my arm on actual fire. Some lines have fallen out, too. All in all, would not recommend to anyone who values their time/sanity.

Anywhere else, I think you're looking at $150-250. I say this from experience, I've been tattooed 12 times by some very talented artists. My bill at the end of the session? $500 + tax. I almost fell over. Again, nothing against the artist or the shop...the guy was chill, the work was good...but you will pay way higher prices for your ink here than you should.

I absolutely do not recommend going to this shop Especially if you're a tourist. This review is based off the work performed and the professionalism of the employees. I'd like to start by saying Sonny did my tattoo and he is one of the best people I've meet. He had me laughing the whole time and I was in such good company. This 1 star review is based not only off the quality of my tattoo but also the fact that I had scheduled 2 appointments with them 4 months ago via Facebook. I messaged the company 2 times prior to our honeymoon to confirm the appointments and time. Both times the time and date were confirmed. When we showed up for our appointments and were told they didn't have anyone to work on us and they were not available for at least 45 minutes to squeeze is in. We ended up having to leave and walk around for an hour before being able to go back and get our work done. My husband worked with Johnny and loves his completed tattoo. I work with Sonny and unfortunately cannot say the same. I will be having to get my tattoo completely redone on by another artist back home which completely defeated the purpose of getting a tattoo for honeymoon in HI. We missed our dinner reservations because of how late we started and at then end of the day my tattoo looks awful. The outline is almost non existent. It looks like the whole left side of the tattoo was just thrown on. The top flower doesn't match the bottom ones and wasn't even completely. Overall it was not a great experience for me . I would recommend working with another shop especially if traveling and trying to stick with a schedule.
