I called and talked to Angie who had me send over a picture, she asked all the right questions, immediately replied that there was a cancellation and someone could be there the next day. Since this business never answers their phone... maybe they'll see this. A month after calling, going to the actual storefront, and leaving over 4 voicemails we just went ahead and fixed our washer ourselves. I will let Lowe's know that this company isn't one they need to be using anymore and hopefully they actually listen. Because a part being on "back order" for a month, but yet when I order it, comes in 3 days doesn't make much sense. This place would do better if it just didn't exist. Honestly so frustrating and disappointing that after reading comments the same thing has happened way more than it should to people. Kingdom Appliance saved my 30 year old Maytag washer. I was expecting they would say that I needed a new one. Of course it took a while to get the part needed (it's old) but they told me that if they couldn't find the part they would make one to fit. Dedicated, thorough, informational, and professional. This guy is a the worst. We have a warranty contract through Lowes and Kingdom is the authorized repairman for Lowes. He showed up said he needed to order the part(s) to repair the ice maker. He never follows up. We had to call him for months always said parts are on back order. Finally 4 months later we called again were told parts are discontinued ticket has been closed out we need to contact Lowes. We called Lowes were informed the repairman just closed the ticket out didn't provide a reason why. Lowes has been working the issue with us but they too can get Kingdom appliance to answer their call. Lowes is going to either get our frig repaired by another company or replace it. Called about my Lowes warranty and they sent this clown. Came out 3x and my dryer still doesn't work. Didn't even bother showing up the 4th time. Says it is the vent hole. Got that fixed but he said it was still the vent hole. Got someone to come out again to vacuum the vent hole and the 3rd time he says take the filter off and run it that way. I did and it still doesn't work. He acts like its coming out of his pocket to fix it. Save your money on the Lowes warranty because they will send this guy who comes with no tools but "he's got 27 years of experience". I had to buy a new dryer from somewhere other than Lowes and imagine my surprise when I used it and it actually worked. read more

We had an appointment made for us by Lowes Warranty Service for today and they never showed up Called to see why and had some unprofessional twit answer the phone. She said they didn't have one for us which I know was a lie because she then called Lowes and told them I canceled the appointment which was a lie because she know we were calling them to see if that was true which it was not. Reading the reviews I see many complaints and each time the owner places the blame on Lowes and the manufacture but just like today they were proven to lie. As a veteran, I cannot recommend this place. I added veteran because this is a "veteran owned" appliance repair shop. The part for our "appliance" was supposedly ordered and we were told that it was shipped from the Ft. Worth area and that there was a tracking number. Not true. No one bothered to actually verify that it was ordered and shipped. My wife and I moved to Texas thinking it was more of a community minded part of the country, but the sad truth is that no one gives a damn. The customer service here is the worst. People just don't care. I should mention that our appliance is under warranty, so I'm sure that is another reason no one cares. I've never heard "Gee, I'm really sorry" so many times. To hell with your sorry, do something to fix my stuff. Everyone just throws up their hands and says I'm sorry. All I have written above is while waiting for the part. If you're looking for Good service STAY AWAY FROM Kingdom Appliance. I had a warranty appointment set up thru Best Buy for Monday Aug. 27th between the hours of 8-12. To my surprise No One showed up when i tried giving Kingdom Appliance a call No One answered. I called Best Buy around 12:30 requesting info as to why now it was past my appointment time and no one had should up. Best Buy put me on hold and tried to contact kingdom appliance themselves with No Answer according to Victor from Best Buy he called 5 different times with a 15 min time frame with again, No Answer. Per Victor had a supervisor send kingdom appliance an email at about 12:45 and as of now kingdom appliance is yet to reply. Fast Forward to 5:30 p.m. Aug 27th still No Response from kingdom appliance and No Show from kingdom appliance. Called Best Buy once again so they could set up a new appointment per Best Buy they would give kingdom appliance one more chance to get it right (Not sure why) a new appointment was set up for Thursday Aug 29th from 8 - 12. So I decide to give kingdom appliance a called today just to verify and confirm that appointment. I called 4x, back to back, before anyone answered the phone. Angie who claimed to be the office manager picks up, I proceed to ask for a confirmation for her to tell me she had no appointment set up for me. She did state she did have a cancelation, when I advised her that cancelation was for my appointment on August 27 I advised her Best Buy did end up canceling my Monday appointment due to a No Show on there part. When I asked Angie, what was the reason no one showed up, her answer to me was "You don't have to be rude" I advised her i was not being rude, I was asking her a question. I told her what WAS RUDE was them having me wait all day for someone to show up, what WAS RUDE was no Call or response to Email. She then told me my work order came in over the weekend (Which was a LIE) I scheduled my appointment on Aug 20th (on a Tuesday) and that normally work orders that come in over the weekend get rescheduled BUT since she was the only one working on Monday she did not have time to call me. I Laughed, which was about all I can do. When I asked to confirm my NEW appointment on Thurs Aug 29th she told me they were not going to come either since they had No Techs available they were all booked until next week. I advised I would be contacting Best Buy to schedule something New with a different company. The Lack of customer service and communication from this so called "manager " and company is the WORST. Sooo...washer broke. So called Lowes warranty. They had Kingdom call me the same day on Friday. They made an Appt for Monday. Monday they called to say they were not coming out because they knew what was wrong by my description and will order the part. Soo I call today 3 days later to see if it's in and it was. Now the next appt is on Monday again because they are closed on Friday to do inventories. So i will post on Monday to see if service was great. (I just hope nothing else was wrong with my washer.) They still get a 3. They over book on appt that day. So instead of 8-1200 appt they came at 230pm. When he did he was very polite and fixed our washer quickly. So still 3 stars. read more

My August shows 3 minutes from entrance to exit property. According to office manager there was nothing wrong with my appliances. She Replays...her technician was that good. We've been waiting on our Samsung icemaker to be repared since January. They said they're still waiting for part. Really? Did they manufacture these things and only supply 10 repair parts? Fridge is only a couple of years old so I doubt part is discontinued. Water keeps collecting in drawer and under fridge. This place is terrible. They scheduled an appointment with me and told me it was confirmed only to find out there was no appointment and that they required more paperwork from the warranty company. The warranty company says they faxed everything over for a total of three times and emailed it twice and yet they claim to not have it but are happy to come to do the work if I pay for it and not the warranty company. Angie is as rude as they come as well as unprofessional. Stay away from this company they are not trustworthy. This service company is top notch! They were the only one that responded the same day I requested a quote for my broken refrigerator. Robert was professional and efficient. He showed me the cost of the part my refrigerator needed and how it would need to be ordered and shipped to him. He said it would take two days to come in and he could install Friday morning. I had high hopes for them at first, as they were quick to come out and diagnose the problem I was having with both my fridge and my microwave/oven combo. However, the technician (who I think is the owner) never called me back to schedule a time to fix my appliances. I then called three separate times about 3-4 weeks later and left messages. This company is a complete joke! Its a scam to bill the insurance company and never make any repairs. I don't care how many years of experience they claim to have the only experience they know how to do consistently is to not answer phone, make excuses and just be flat out unprofessional. I can't fathom how they have been around for so long. I had to use them as the service provider through my Lowes extended warranty problem. I asked to be contact 30 minutes prior to my appointment time because I do work and have a family that I have to tend to as well and cannot sit at home waiting during a 5 hour window time I was given. I instead got a text message saying he was in route, when I called their office I spoke with a lady who told me he was minutes from my home but would let the technician know that I was 15 minutes out. 5 minutes later I received a call from the tech that told me he was not waiting and because he had so much experience he knew what the problem was and was going to get with Lowes and order parts and what not and would contact me when the parts were in to come out and fix my issue. I found this really odd to diagnose a problem without stepping foot in my home but after talking with my husband decided to believe what the tech had said. That was at the beginning of November! I called a week later to get a status update and was told that the parts were ordered and being shipped and would be here within 510 business days. Yesterday I had finally had enough of waiting and decided to call them. Mistake! I called yesterday 5 times!!! I had to call 5 times before the lady answered the phone! When she finally did she gave me a load of bull about how the parts are now on back order, they don't call customers to give them updates, and she didn't know when the parts would be available. I expressed to her how dissatisfied I was with the entire process and how unprofessional her and her tech had been. After hanging up frustrated and with no real solution to my problem I contacted Lowes. I am glad to say they were able to give me a solution to my refrigerator problem. They tried to reach out to Kingdom Appliance s well and after repeated phone calls and emails that all went unanswered they have opted to refund my money for the refrigerator. That is the only thanks they will get from me! Thank you for being a crappy company with poor customer service that ultimately ended up with me getting all of my money back! I need my dryer repaired. AHS unfortunately contracts with Kingdom. The guy came to my home on Friday and said he would order the part as soon as he gets back to the shop and even showed me the part he was ordering. He said the part will be in Monday. Monday no call, 4pm on Tuesday no call, so I called Kingdom to ask about the part. They said we sent in all the paperwork and we are just waiting on tge warranty company, but we will give them a call. I said no, I will give them a call. Well they lied. They did not order the part! I called AHS and they said we have no paperwork from the contractor and if they need a part ordered they just need to tell us. The guy put me on hold and called Kingdom and they said they will submit the paperwork and call me when the part has been ordered and let me know when it will arrive. well they didn't call and I still don't have a dryer. Busy Bee appliance repair is fast, professional and reliable. This place is horrible!! read more

Poor Communication and Scheduling Issues Purchased refrigerator at Home Depot with the extended service plans and warranty. Within the first few months had an issue with the refrigerator. I am pretty sure it has something to do with the AC compressor as it begins to vibrate very loudly when turned on. As soon as I open the door it stops. Sept 22, I called Home Depot who directed me to Samsung. Sept 23, Samsung called to verify information and scheduled my appointment on Wednesday Sept 28 from 12:00-5:00. However, Wednesday rolls around and at 1:00 pm Kingdom Appliance calls and says an appointment was never scheduled and that's why they were calling. So now I have to change plans for an entire 2nd day. Kingdom Appliance scheduled me for 11:00-2:00 because that was my only availability even though they normal schedule 8-12, or 12-5 for the following day (Thursday). She said that time frame actually worked out really well as they are out of Waco, TX, and I live in Killeen. They said Robert would be my service tech and would call me when on his way. It is now 4:00 pm and I have yet to hear from Robert, and I have yet to hear from Angie (I believe it was), whom I have left 2 voicemail with (both informative and tactful). So now I'm guessing I am going to have to miss even more work for to reschedule yet another time to have my refrigerator serviced...needless to say I am beginning to become quite frustrated. I am going to call Samsung and report the issue and request a new service company. read more

I called to verify they were going to show up on the third time and the very rude Office Manager told me the time had changed again. On second trip out they replaced a sensor and still didn't work. Told me to call a plumber because the line was probably getting a clog. Paid for a plumber, drain line was FINE!!! Lowe's just sent another repair company and they are reordering the sensor and some other parts, because thy said they don't trust the work of Kingdom Appliance. Called them and they said I needed a new door which was not covered by my Lowes extended warranty. I had another company come out and they said I needed a new water tube, fixed it no problem. The repair was done very quickly. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable of what needed to be done almost immediately based on the symptoms I relayed during a prior phone conversation. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is this was a warranty repair and the warranty center set my appt for a date more than a week before they were actually able to conduct the repair. I would recommend anyone needing appliance repair in central Texas to give Kingdom Appliance a call. read more

Bought a washer in Dec 2015 fast foward to may and the spin cycle does'nt even initiate svc tech from kingdom was scheduled. He was late the first time he came out and the second time he came out. As nice as he was quickly became irrelevant after a month dealing with a broken washer. They do not answer calls to the business or return calls even after leaving several voicemails. They overbook appointments and so it is a long wait period to get them to come out. I would have a very hard time recommending this business. read more

I contacted them to install an ice maker in a kitchenaid French door freezer at the bottom refrigerator. The technician arrived late on the day promised and proceeded to hurry through the repair. He damaged the rail upon which the freezer door slides. The ice maker didn't work and the company ignored my calls and e-mail for them to send someone back to check the installation. I finally called another company in town to do the installation correctly. I would not recommend that anyone use them for appliance repair. read more

I have an extended warranty on a refrigerator that purchased from Lowe's that need repair. I called Lowe's service center and they setup an appointment with Kingdom Appliance for today from 12:00 - 5:00 PM. I called Kingdom Appliance 3 times and never was able to talk to anyone and I left messages each time. After taking the afternoon off from work, I waited until 5:00 PM and called Lowe's service center to complain. The service rep attempted to call them as well and reached the answering machine. Have needed their help twice now - once for Samsung refrigerator through Lowe's warranty and again for a broken washer. I agree that initial scheduling is somewhat of a pain but I think that's because of the fact that they are a small family run business with only Angi at the phone. However, she did return calls on leaving messages and got the visits scheduled. Robert, the technician, however, more than makes up for the scheduling issues. He is a super nice guy who knows his stuff, is reasonable in his charges and ensures that he covers all service calls scheduled for the day, regardless of how late it is in the day. If you are a patient person, then you will not be disappointed. Robert certainly has my business. read more

If you're looking for a good, dependable repair company, Kingdom Appliance is NOT for you. If you're looking for a company to answer their phones, actually show up at your home and look at your appliance or return voicemail messages, this company is NOT for you. If I could have given them zero stars I would have. I took out a 4 yr extended warranty through Lowe's on my Whirlpool washer and dryer in 2012. We started noticing the washer getting louder and louder shortly after starting its cycle, and clothes had to be rewashed from time to time. I always use Tide pods and also use the washing machine cleaner once a month, as recommended so I figured it was something major going on with it. (Had a Kenmore from Sears prior to Whirlpool which made the same awful deafening sounds, smelly clothes, then started leaking. I only had a 2 yr extended warranty and of course, that's when it all started happening, once it was out of warranty, so it wasn't worth fixing) I contacted Lowe's on July 6th, 2015 who set up an appointment for me with Kingdom Appliance for July 7, 2015, between 8 and noon. I tried calling Kingdom Appliance at 10:45 a.m. July 7th to see when they were going to be there since they hadn't contacted me so far. No one answered the phone and it went straight to voicemail. At 11:00 a.m. a woman from Kingdom Appliance called and asked me to explain what was going on with the machine and then asked me for the model number. She then stated that they knew exactly what it was and that they would be putting in a request with the warranty company. (The fact that they wouldn't even come to physically look at and check out my washer seemed off to me.) If the warranty company ok'd the repair, Kingdom would set up another appointment with me to come and fix it. If they didn't ok the repair, then I would be hearing from Lowe's and they would come out and replace the machine. I asked several times how long it would be until I would hear back from them. She finally stated 72 hours. I waited until July 10th, and tried 3 times to reach them leaving messages on their voicemail. No one has ever called me back. I called Lowe's back on July 13th. They tried several times to reach this company and had no luck. I asked about the request that was supposed to be put in for a repair. Kingdom NEVER put one in. As I told the Lowe's person on the phone, they should cut ties with Kingdom Appliance as this makes Lowe's look bad. I have no idea how Kingdom stays in business with lousy customer service, lying to customers, no response back, etc. The Lowe's person asked me if I wanted to wait for Kingdom Appliance to call me back which I burst out laughing and said "No!" She then came up with another repair company named "Mr Appliance." I found it odd for Lowe's to try to use a company based in Hewitt for customers in the Killeen, Fort Hood, Harker Heights, Belton, Temple area. Mr Appliance is based right here in Killeen. I was set up through Lowe's for July 16th, between 8 and noon. I called Mr Appliance right away since I was left wasting a day on the other company that never showed. Wow! What a huge difference! A guy named "Drew" answered their phone right away and took down all of my information. "Missy" called later that afternoon to verify my appointment for the 16th and gave me the repairman's name, "Gerald." She also took my email address to send me a picture of the repairman so I'd know who to look for. On July 15th at 7 p.m., "Gerald" called and told me that he planned on being at my house around 10:30 a.m. the next day. He called me again on July 16th, at 11:30 a.m. and showed up 10 minutes later. He lifted up the machine thinking it was one thing (mold from not cleaning the machine) and it turned out not to be that. It turned out that it's the bearings, which will include a new drum. Without a warranty, it would have cost $572! "Gerald" was shocked that Kingdom Appliance NEVER even sent someone to look at the machine. He stated that he's heard from customers about them for the past 1 1/2 yrs and also has no idea why Lowe's is still doing any kind of business with them. I signed a repair paper, received a copy of it via email, and am waiting for the part to come in within the next 4-5 business days. They will then make another appointment with me for the job to be done. If you're looking for a good repairman, try "Mr Appliance." If I ever have another warranty issue, I'll know next time to refuse to take Kingdom Appliance and insist on Mr Appliance. If Kingdom Appliance keeps up their lousy service, or lack there of, maybe they'll do us all a favor and go out of business. read more

Well unfortunately I did not read all the reviews before I scheduled an appointment with them via Lowes Service and Repair. I had to schedule 3 different appointments with this company and have still yet to see them. They told me that they called before my last appointment but I have no record of that on my phone and the only response was that the only thing that could be done was to reschedule. My appointment was somehow cancelled because of who knows what (not by me) and their receptionist has been completely unhelpful every time I have talked to her to try and get them to come out. Do not use this company if you have a life outside of waiting for them (they are in no way flexible), would like to have customer service, or would like to be notified before they don't show up for your scheduled appointment for no reason (not to mention lied to about it).
