Despite all of this, the fridge continued to fail. After months of unresolved issues, we requested a refund and brought in another company. Within 30 minutes, they correctly identified the problem as a Freon leak and completed the repair within a few hours. Mr. Appliance never properly diagnosed the issue, despite repeated attempts. While we did receive a partial refund, they refused to refund the diagnostic fee--even though no accurate diagnosis was ever made. Overall, this was a very poor service experience, and we would not recommend them.
