I work long and hard hours cutting the grass, picking up the trash, raking up the leaves. They use a landscaping company that I noticed used their blowers to blow all their leaves off of their property onto our neighborhood property. My husband went to their door and mentioned it to them. The young woman there shut the door on my husband after he addressed the issue. She did not care whatsoever about it. Who would want to use a company like that that has employees who are rude and disrespectful? The Scriptures have been fulfilled 2 Timothy 3:1-5. I'm very disappointed that we have neighbors like that.

I got a 44x16ft new deck with all gravel undeneath and 8ft new fence with this company. Thus, it was of most crucial that we chose someone very trust worthy with our huge life time investment. It was a long process because it required knocking down everything I had and building everything from scratch. Because my project was large, I actually got quotes from many GCs around my area but I went with redemption in big part because of their prices. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive either. But everytime my husband and I would specifically calculate a price for anything and ask them about their price, they would be right along the line range of what we we had calculated to be a respectful price. That always led me to think that they are very professional as well because obviously they are in business to make a profit but also to be fair to their customers. That was very important to me to be able to work with a company that thinks about their customers, their workers and their bottom line all at the same-time. I also felt that their payment terms aligned with ok materials are purchased they are at your house, first payment is due this day etc meaning they ask for payment when you can see where your funds are going and that allowed me to built trust throughout which is key for us when doing large projects. I also learned a lot from this project that is important to give your opinion often during the whole process. For example, I wanted my doors installed one way and once some of it was built, I realized that I need to tell the workers hey wait a minute, I actually think it looks better this way, lets change this or that before we go further. Communication is key when someone is working at your house for months, you cant just sit there and expect everyone to read your mind and ask to change things once is all finished. I felt I was able to communicate with everyone well and the workers knew very well exactly what we liked or didn't like all the time because we were always following the process. Each day that the workers finished their day, my husband and I will review how things looked and ask ourselves is this how we imagined it in our dreams? We were well aware that things may look different once installed or built but wanted to make sure that we catch anything we could potentionally not like later within a reasonable time to make adjustments. They were always very accomodating to us ofcourse within resonable expectations and within budget. I also felt that there were many times we would ask for things that were not initially quoted and they would right away tell us the change in price before it was done and I appreciated that as well. My deck and fence were done in a very reasonable time, yes we did have some delays but they were outside both of our control. You cant go into a project thinking is going to be quick, everything takes times and a lot of patience is required in construction projects this large and we knew this very well from the begining. I really enjoyed working with this company as communicaton with workers and project managers was smooth and I felt that our opinions mattered. I would love to work with them again in future projects to keep building a home that our children can enjoy for generations to come !

How would this make you feel? A contractor has to do repairs…read moreon your house that the bank is paying for, so you decide you want new floors. He's only responsible for a portion of the floor and you have to pay out of your pocket for the rest. So, the installers you have to pay tells you it all needs to be done at the same time in order for the floor to look right. The contractor doesn't want to wait for you to schedule the other installers because he can't get paid until his work is done so he tells you he'll just do it all at no cost to you. He comes out and has his guys do 90% of the work and leaves a small portion undone and 1st tells you that you can let the other installers finish that (after telling you he would do it and knowing they said it had to be done at the same, thus, putting you in a bind to try to force you to use him). He then attempts to get money out of you by saying he'll finish it for a fee. The price he asks is too much but you tell him you're willing to pay his per sq. foot price (he claims he didn't hear you). Several weeks later, you call him and ask about finishing it because the other installer won't finish someone else's work, and he tell's you he's going to charge you $350 to finish it, factoring in gas and travel. How would you feel, especially considering you offered to pay the sq. foot price while he was still in your home having no need for gas or travel at that time? Here's a pic of what was left undone....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HP HOME IMPROVEMENTS IN LAWRENCEVILLE TO ANYONE!!!!!! Every price he quoted me was AT LEAST 3 times higher than what I ended up paying someone else for the work. Word of advise, when dealing w/a contractor, try to find someone who actually gets their hands dirty. The ones that are too pretty to get their hands dirty are charging you to pay them and the people they end up getting to do the work. Just cut out the middle man and pay the actual worker!!!!!!!

We have a huge deck that needed treatment after I pressure washed it…read more Greg came out and looked over the deck and was very prompt in emailing us a quote. The price was fair and he helped me pick out a color. The job included taking off everything on the deck and putting it all back after the deck dried. Three men showed up and blew off the deck first and worked together to efficiently paint and roll the railing and diagonal posts. One man on one side and another man on the opposite side. Another man rolled the top railings. Finally the floors were treated. Our huge deck was finished in a day because of the efficiency of the men working. I thought this job would take several days but it only took one. We plan to use this company again to paint the outside of our home and do some home improvement inside our house. The quality of their work is stellar!
