I felt very safe on the rides to and from the wineries. Our host and driver were super friendly and treated us like royalty. Prior to arriving at each venue, we were provided some background and things we should know in advance. She more or less herded us from place to place, which was actually quite comforting. I felt very well taken care of AND seen as I was the only one on the tour not drinking, but I was provided water and other beverages over the course of the day. The carpet was dirty. They advertised that it seats close to 18 but our group of 12 were squashed. It would have been nice to be given instructions on how to use the tv or music but nothing was written inside. Looking at my receipt I was charged for an 18 passenger but got a 14 passenger. When I got out I asked about the water and the driver said it was inside in the cooler. When we finished up, we went back into the limo and there was nothing. Be sure to check what your getting. Update: I have 12 witnesses who will agree that there was no water in that limo. I'm not sure why this company would flat out lie.
