They know they have the monopoly on RV repairs in Huntsville and they don't care about services or satisfaction. My camper has been there for 6 weeks and I've had to call every time to check on it. They were waiting on approval for a repair that I never got sent to me. I called, approval request was sent. Now wrong part was ordered, still waiting. Meanwhile, my camper is sitting out in the hot sun and rain all summer when it would have been covered. Their customer service lacks any part of the word 'service'. When you call the lady says 'service'. Not 'service department, May I help you? or anything that resembles caring. Don't use them if you can find someone else.

One machine needed a special order part that they searched for nation wide so we did not have to wait for the part to come from Japan. The teams only concern was for us and ensuring we received our machines back as soon as possible rather than taking months waiting on a special order part from out of country.
