Adam and Jasmine were on-time, easy to talk to, and listened to our repair needs. Adam restored electrical functions inside the vehicle, then agreed to install a custom part for us. At the end, everything was function tested while we waited, in front of me. Adam also provided no-nonsense practical advice for our other vehicle, all while talking with me during the visit. I was charged for 6 hours and told that software determines the labor charged, not actual labor time. IT'S A VERB. I feel ripped off and lied to. Just be aware that they don't charge on honest time, but rather computer software estimation. I haven't driven much to know if the work is reputable, but sure hope so.
