TP and the team at Mr. Perfects Powersports are awesome! This was our first time working with them and they went above and beyond to take care of us. We have 2 machines that had been in storage for 3 years, they brought them back to life. TP kept us informed on the progress ever step of the way. One machine needed a special order part that they searched for nation wide so we did not have to wait for the part to come from Japan. The teams only concern was for us and ensuring we received our machines back as soon as possible rather than taking months waiting on a special order part from out of country. They changed the rear tire on my Honda and gave me pointers on what I should maintain on the bike and things I might need to replace in the future. The pricing is fair and their service is amazing! As Mr. Perfect's is a new business, I'm leaving this review in several locations. TP and Tyler sure do live up to the name... Perfect. Their knowledge and professionalism was amazing, but what I appreciated even more was their customer service. Knowing we had no way to deliver our ski to their shop, they agreed to do the repair in our boathouse. Their pricing was beyond fair. it is clear TP and Tyler are really trying to build a large client base, by providing excellent workmanship and doing their best to serve their customers.
