I had a tympanoplasty on my right ear, I am so happy with the improvement of my hearing. I went from being able to hear 20% to 90% thanks to Dr Feehs. Erin, a PA assisting Dr. Mawn, greeted me with a warm smile, explaining that she would like to ask a few questions about my current health. She spent about 10 minutes going over my history, she was very pleasant and attentive. A few minutes later Dr. Mawn arrived with Erin and a resident doctor. He was very personable and down to earth, he listened and then reviewed my 2018 MRI and explained that he was going to confer with the radiologist. All in all, I am very pleased with this practice!

The initial consult was quick. We spoke a little, he looked at my nose, and knew right away that I had a badly deviated septum (left nostril). His staff spoke to me about scheduling the surgery, kept me updated from consult to follow-up post op. They provided tons of information for preop, post op, medications, when/how to take them, cautions, and what to expect. The surgery is a game changer. I feel like I breathe equally as well from my left nostril, as than my right nostril. It feels amazing to no longer mouth breathe, be able to always have my mouth shut to breathe, and getting full breathes of quality fresh air. I look forward to the cascading effect it has across the board. Quality sleep is crucial to everything from energy, mental health, energy in the gym or in physical activity, and overall life. 10 out of 10. I'd definitely recommend Dr Mcguire at Aspen Ridge ENT. I felt like I was speaking with a buddy vs a doctor. The staff and Dr Mcguire overall made me feel comfortable, safe, and confident in their abilities as medical professionals. I went in for my appointment and was asked to pay a balance I had never been told about. I…read moreexplained I was not expecting a balance and always pay any bills I receive in the mail. The staff became extremely rude, and I was repeatedly accused of being wrong without any explanation or attempt to check the records first. Despite waiting past my appointment time to speak with the doctor, the front desk threatened to deny me care unless I paid the disputed balance. Even after explaining the situation and that this was likely a billing error, I was treated with hostility and physically shoved out of the office by Stephanie Johnson. After seeing many reviews about the same PA Caitlyn, it seems they are committing outright fraud. I will be looking into to this and filing a complaint with the appropriate boards. At no point was there professional or compassionate treatment -- only accusations and intimidation. This experience was humiliating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. I do not recommend this office. Do not go here. No person especially an actively sick patient should be treated like this.
