We moved from Bellevue to issaquah from 2700 sq ft to 2100. June had a smaller truck due to the lane we lived on in Bellevue. It took two jam packed loads and all the furniture was in place and good shape. He is honest and hardworking with low costs. Probably needed one additional worker. Job well done! read more

I have no idea what experience means until the first moving company failed to move my movable base to the 1st floor and moved it back to the 2nd floor waiting for luck! They told us they can't handle it and suggested we get someone else... I called this company and talked to June, the owner. He told me not to worry since he has experience to handle this. It turns out that they were really quick and absolutely know what they were doing and moved the base and other furniture down quickly without much issues. We were thrilled and relieved because we finally got our bed back (we were sleeping on the mattress for a few days by now)! I would surely hire them in the future for my property management business. These guys are so professional that they would cover the floor with pads and take off shoes on carpet, I really appreciate they respect our home and take good care of my furniture and charge reasonable price. Called and spoke to June. He would not provide a quote over the phone because the pods was not already at my home.. Not even a rough estimate.. How are you supposed to shop for services without being able to get a quote or even an hourly rate? Am I supposed to wait until the last minute and desperate to get something done? I solicited the services of this company "THE KINGDOMS ARMY MOVING & HAULING LLC" to move my items on Wednesday, November 7th, 2018. After the move, I turned on my 48" LED HDTV and noticed an internal crack. The TV had a cracked display, this damage is behind the glass. Prior to this move, I had no prior damage, issues, repairs with the TV. I immediately contacted the company to report this damage but instead the owner proceeded to inform me that my TV brand has issues. During the ongoing conversations, he stated my TV would be replaced in the next 2 weeks. Efforts to get a specific date have been futile. The Owner also called me a day after the complaint was made and verbally agreed to replace the TV with "a better brand". I asked for a written confirmation which he refused to provide. I continuously reached out for an update and the silence has been deafening. This company is not customer obsessed and has failed on every tenet you would expect from a business entity providing services to its customers. I am extremely appalled by the lack of communication and accountability. I have had to file a consumer complaint with the state before I got any response from them. read more

We needed a lot of help moving medical tables into a new office. Not only was this company willing to be on call for us for THREE days, they also showed up last minute when we had an emergency. They moved all of our medical tables, unpackaged them, put them in each patient room (without me asking) AND vacuumed up the mess that came with the packaging.
