I asked for it to be fixed before delivery Or don't deliver. Owner knew about the problem with doors and kept it on the floor for sale anyway. I was told her warranty was up so the manufacturer wouldn't do anything about it. My warranty was not over as I did not buy a "as is" piece of furniture. Was told she would try again with company but have not heard a word from her and it has been weeks now and months since the purchase. She said it was money out of her pocket if she had to replace it with a new piece. Funny because it was money out of my pocket for the defective piece she sold me. No problem there for her. I will drive to Vegas for future purchases as I know they back up what they sell and don't sell defective pieces without it posted on tag. By the way, Krista was awesome to work with. I'm sure she was stuck in the middle trying to resolve this for me. Bottom line, you should care about your customers all the way through to guarantee satisfaction of the products you sell.
