So, needless to say the shock I felt at the Kingman Walmart was astounding! The employees smile! They act happy there! They actually HELP the customers!! We met a gal who was shopping on her DAY OFF. She saw we looking in the water, and she stopped to help us. I asked if she worked here- and she did. Her name is Iris, and she is AWESOME!! Though we didn't find what we were looking for, she left no stone unturned! Absolutely amazing customer service skills- and Walmart should know what a great job she's doing. We also came across cashier Janet, and whom I think is her supervisor- Susan. Both ladies were so wonderful! There was also a lady in cosmetics that walked me over to some products- the CS at this store is nuts!! Whatever is happening here in Kingman- please spread it East, North, West and South!!! I'm an engineering consultant, required to wear steel-toe workboots. I can expense the boots I buy,…read moremy employer reimburses me. Steel-toe safety boots always are shipped to stores with a tag or card that certifies that they meet safety standards, per ASTM or ANSI. I have to send the tag or a scan of it to my Safety Director to get reimbursed. Salesperson here was unusually angry and rude when I asked for the ANSI card that came with the Ariat steel-toes I wanted, because she had "never heard of that". Acted like her ignorance was my fault. They had discarded the box the boots were shipped in, and lost the card. I couldn't buy the boots, although they were appropriate for my job and a fair value, but I needed that card. The boots were stamped inside with the ASTM or ANSI standard, but our company policy for reimbursement requires that card, and I know they had it at one time, I've bought the same brand before. Maybe buy your clothes and soft-toe boots here. They sell safety work boots, but the sales staff is ignorant about them, and rude to boot. (Intended).

I need my phone to unlock many parts of my remote job through multi-factor authentication. The thought of being without it through the Memorial Day weekend was overwhelming. John began by RESISTING the repair because screens are pricey and I may have been able to get it "free" through Asurion. He offered to diagnose, and used his own stock to test whether a new screen would fix my problem. He really wanted me to try to not spend all that money... so offered a "rental" to get me through. He again did everything he could to not charge extra, and helped transfer by hooking up that spare (new!) screen he had temporarily to access my broken phone. I walked out with my rental, and Verizon continued to disappoint. There were issues at Verizon with enabling the spare phone, so I returned near closing time to tell John I just needed to pay for the screen. John insisted on applying the rental money, having only had it for 2 hours, to the screen replacement. There is no doubt this company cares about its community and doing the best job without charging more than necessary. When my repair was done, John stayed late to do the work for another family who showed up during my repair before closing. John then recommended a better insurance than Asurion that would have solved my issue without dealing with Vegas and Verizon.

Both arrangements were beautiful and the recipient loved them. The pricing for arrangements are about the going rate. I suggest checking out their website as they have some arrangements you can choose from or at least get an idea of the arrangement you desire.
