My wife and I recently moved to Kingman from Southern California and were looking for a new mattress for our guest bedroom before my father arrived for a visit. Cody and Shannon Boyd were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping customers find the right mattress. They took the time to explain the differences between brands, how various manufacturers are connected, and helped us understand the pros and cons of several options without any sales pressure. We ended up getting a great deal on the Puffy Lux Queen and were amazed when Cody and his son Colton offered to deliver it to our home the very same day. Purchased a Cal King mattress August 2019 for over $1000,00. Noticed small hump in center of bed after 6 months. Mattress continued to sag on each side where it has become unusable. Service life of this mattress is only 3 years. Do not recommend this company. read more

Unbelievable. I ordered a mattress which I was told would be delivered on the 9th. Today is the 21st and after several excuses about why I don't have the product, I called to cancel. They informed me that I can't cancel. No apologies. Just 'your credit will not give back your money. I've just gone through this with someone else. Your bed will be here.' Really??? read more

Zero stars isn't an option, but do not go to this store! Terrible service! They don't use sanitary covers to have people try their pillow, but then when I had an allergic reaction to them and brought them in the very next morning and I DID use a pillow case to try them at home, they would not return them because they had left the sales floor. This policy would be fair if they actually kept people from trying all of the pillow in the store, but since they do not, it's just an empty excuse. This is nit the place to get a bed. They are nice and guarantee their beds but then back out. I got a new adjustable bed the motor is hitting in the frame. I called to have it fix on the 1/27/21 I called several mire times, I talked to owner who said "you live in country who is going to pay my gas and wages". The mattress I asked to switch out under their 100 day comfort guarantee, they said NO. The sheets for bed I ordered on the 4th and paid.. didn't get ordered till the 20th.. he lied and blamed FedEx and COVID-19. They will have the lady come make the sale so owner can blame her and take no responsibility. These people do nit return calls I had to call 4-7 time over the day to get them to answer the phone. The messages never got an answer. I drive to store called and they told me they were to busy to talk because they had customers. I was out front and no one was in store. I just called yesterday again to ask them to repair or replace bed .. they said they would call me back... no call again. These people do not honor their guarantee or their word , don't return calls.. I will never do business with they again read more

Purchased a mattress for my mom who is a Senior and needed a good mattress set, I was able to get her a amazing deal! they took her old mattress away set her up and made her very happy!! This was all done by phone from San Jose, Calif The customer service was first class and they back up there product above and beyond, My Mom had a small mishap and they replaced the mattress immediately and with a better one!!
