She took such great care of me, and my ring. She took it to the jeweler in the back, and he actually adjusted the prong at no cost! Who does that nowadays??? Not only that, but she also had it cleaned .... Again, no charge! I know now that I need to have the whole prong replaced, but will wait until after the holidays.
