I took pictures of the original damages to my car before leaving the car with them. They intentionally damaged my car causing unnecessary repairs for monetary gain, and added more damages to my car. Im going to court and praying for justice. Please be careful with this company. The owners came to court and lied about there services. Just be real men and be honest, apologize for your illegal activities and pay for what you did. You guys did not change my headlight, intentionally damaged my door and forged my signature. For the owner who laughed in court, it doesn't matter if this is a M550 or a M5, this is not a lease or finance , I own this vehicle. You should be ashamed of yourself. Terrible experience trying to buy my first car. I came in and asked for a Sales Person and was…read moredirected to an older lady. I mentioned I was looking for a used car and she seemed to be extremely interested in doing lots of paperwork before showing me an actual car. Then when we did go to see cars she did not even bother showing me cars that matched my criteria nor did she even know her own inventory. I had to show her cars on the lot that we walked right by and request that she actually show them to me. I settled on a car that I liked, and before we left that day, they wanted me to leave a deposit to secure the car. A few days later I called them and let them know I purchased another car and I will no longer be buying that vehicle from them. The sales rep assured me that it was in the mail. After a month I still have not received my money back. To add insult to injury, I have been calling the last few days to convince the sales rep that I never received the check. She even went as far as to take my cell phone number and without my permission send me a picture of the check. Not only is this a privacy issue, but I really didn't want her cell phone having my number. Extremely awkward and very unprofessional. I had to suggest to put a stop payment on the check and insist that I will be picking up the check on my own. Worst experience ever. I ended up buying an awesome car with a great deal somewhere else. I am attempting to pick up my refund, and I hope they have it for me so I can end this horrible ordeal once and for all.
