I've called dispatch and they didn't even have us in for pickup. I had to call again because it was still another hour after I spoke with dispatch before someone came to pick him up. The drivers and EMTs have all been great. Not sure where the issue lies but it seems it's dispatch and their communication. His radiation takes a half hour, so they usually wait for us to come back out. Now they've stopped doing that so we're left stranded every time.

Very nice driver and adequate bus but do not book unless you pay cash the day of…read more To begin with, the reservation service is a third party and cannot do much besides coordinate dates. I called three times to get an understanding of the amount of times the bus would be allowed to stop. They told me three, I wanted confirmation as that seemed ridiculous if you rent it as a private occasion. Finally after 3 calls and two weeks later the owner Vince called back to confirm as many stops. The delayed response should have been the first sign to not proceed with the rental. The reservation company quoted me at $135/hour. I agreed at $135 a hour for 5 hours at $675 plus taxes. The day of the transaction I received a charge for $818.83. I text the owner and he said there was a miscommunication but generally they add a $50 tip for the driver. I was fine with that but there is still a remaining balance. After several text messages within the last weeks, Vince continues to side step the refund. His first excuse is that my credit card payment was still trying to clear after a full week. Then he said he would PayPal me $75. The refund amount isn't the the issue, it's lack of transparency and the unwillingness to make right after agreeing to refund for a certain amount. My advice is to look for a more reputable company or agree to pay only in cash up front the day of, don't get treated the way I did. I'll post an update if anything changes. I created a dispute with my credit card company. Wish me luck. ++++ Update 11/22/18 - Owner finally responded and provided credit to my account. He said he never had issues before crediting in the past. However, there were a couple reasons provided previously why it wasn't working. Why offer paying me thru PayPal then not delivering on that too? Nonetheless, the refund came after a few weeks that involved several text messages and a credit card dispute. He apologized and acknowledge he should have been more communicative in this process.
