Let me preface this by saying that this could of very easily gone sideways, but they went out of their way to make it right. I recently purchased a bottle of high end bourbon that I discovered to have an issue with the seal AFTER I left the establishment. Although I was 99.9% sure that I didn't cause the issue, I could of understood if the establishment wanted to question my issue. That never happened here. I spoke to "G" on the phone and told him the problem. I wasn't able to make it back in the store until two days later and they didn't give me any issues at all. Exchanged my bottle without hassle and even talked to me about other spirits that I may interested in. It was my first time to visit this location and won't be the last. Definitely gained a life long customer because of the way that they handled my concern.

Came by Goody Goody Liquor for their re-opening event, and it was definitely a unique experience…read more They hosted a "drink around the world"-style event, which made it fun to walk through the store and sample different options. It felt interactive and gave a nice opportunity to try things you might not normally pick up. One thing that stood out right away is the new setup. All of the liquor is now locked up, so if you're interested in purchasing something, you'll need to request it from the front counter. That's a pretty big shift from the usual browsing experience and took a little getting used to. The store also now has visible security, which seems to go hand-in-hand with the new concept. It definitely changes the overall feel--more controlled and structured compared to a typical liquor store run. Overall, it was interesting to check out the re-opening and see the changes firsthand. The event itself was enjoyable, but the new layout and purchasing process may not be for everyone depending on how you like to shop.

Looked at the receipt at home, and the price seemed higher than I remembered. Or maybe I was mistaken. Sometime later, I bought several bottles of a different wine. When I thought to check the receipt at home, I was almost sure that the price on the shelf had been lower. So this time, I took a photo of the wine on the shelf and checked out. And I compared the receipt at the store. Yep, Total Wine charged me $4 a bottle more than the price marked. The third time, it's no fluke. I don't know if it's intentional, but customers are being overcharged. I showed the service rep the photo and she gave me a refund. The attached photo speaks for itself.

No cameras at a liquor store!!! I was lied to. They did not care, they did not walk out to look at and I had to beg for something to help me clean out the glass so I could drive home. I asked if this happened often and no real response. No customer service, did not care and the store was not busy. I will never shop there again and there's some guy hanging out by the front door asking for money as well.
