I needed wiring completed on my jeep for flat towing. I mentioned to the service department I was planning to be on the road in a week, so they quickly scheduled me in and completed the necessary wiring repairs. The technician Eric went over and above going over what was done, and returned my calls to answered my questions. I will be recommending the service department. read more

I do not recommend this business. I purchased a used motorhome 15 years ago and they were awesome. The service dept went out of its way to take care of some repairs. A year ago I bought a new 2023 25 foot motorhome and it's been one headache after another. They refused to do a trade in back towards some other model when at the time of purchase they promised to do so. Be careful when purchasing. They talk a good talk but sadly lack follow through in keeping their word. read more

They had my motorhome for 6 weeks, when I went to pick it up, there was a major scratch down the side, they said it didn't happen in their possession. I washed it the day before dropping it off and there was no scratch. You will see RV's jammed everywhere on their property. They dont know the status of repairs, tell you they will call back and don't. They cut corners. I could go on. One star for a few competent techs, otherwise terrible! read more

I have been looking for a nice slide-in camper for my truck. I live in Dallas and was struggling to find one that fit my needs, and in my price range. I saw one on line at Kings Campers in June and deiced to call. I talked with Shelby and explained I had some relatives a few hours away...could they come and look at it. My family said it seemed like it was in very good shape. I made an offer that they accepted. So I purchased it with-out ever laying my eyes on it. It just so happened I was going to be visiting my Family in about six weeks and arranged to pick it up then. The experience was 100% painless. These folks are the real deal. I was told the back-up camera was included, but upon arrival the techs told me they pulled it since it was not working. When John the GM found about it...they purchased a new one for me. I recently purchased a used Motorhome from Kings Campers. The salesman, Mike was extremely pleasant to work with. No pressure at all and answered all of our concerns. We are not local and did most of our dealing over email and phone calls. Mike kept in constant contact with us and worked out all of the details. Pick-up day went smooth as silk. This is our 3rd Class A so we already had some knowledge of RV's but the Technician took the time to show us everything about our RV and made sure we had no questions about the unit. A very pleasant surprise is when we started our trip home the RV was already full of diesel, DEF, and propane. In today's world that must have been an expensive gestor. I really appreciate everything they have done to make my experience fantastic. I highly recommend King's Campers and have no issue about buying my next RV from them. read more

The management and over all operation of the establishment is ridiculous. Over 2 weeks ago and put money down to hold a RV trailer for purchase once it was done being serviced and readied for sale. I hadn't signed any purchase agreement papers when i put my money down but when I needed to cancel my hold on the trailer about a week longer, and have my 6k refunded (do to unfortunate personal events happening), they not only ignored my multiple phone calls and voice messages about it over the course of three days, but also initially refused to refund my money do to verbally agreeing to purchasing the trailer. Another few days go by of me repeatedly calling and working my way up the chain and finally I get an okay on refunding my money. Well, a week later from said okay and I still don't have my 6k back. This place is a joke and they sales manager should be ashamed of himself for playing these stupid games and stringing me along. read more

We are now entering year two with our KZ fifth wheel...and we are lucky to be doing so...IF KINGS INSTALLS A B&W hitch for your fifth wheel, make them prove they did NOT break or strip or screw anything else up... someone else wrote in the review of Kings, "they are great, right up to when you hand over a good deal of cash", then, its a different situation. We pulled our trailer and a following UTV behind the trailer all last year all the while the forward lock down feet were installed incorrectly and not even locked in. I have been in deliberation with the hitch, confirming with evidence the install was very unprofessional (Stop and think of the catastrophe that was waiting!!!) then, before knowing what I know now, our salesman seemed irritated one day when I stopped to show him our rig when pulling by on a journey. No one was with him... but still he, oh well- you get it...I am done, sorry this turned in to a novel, I could go on. 5 stars for the KZ! the trailer is what we wanted...there will be no recommendations from us regarding Kings. We were 900 miles from home when we needed service on our motorhome and went to King's Not only did they make the repairs at a surprisingly affordable rate, everyone we dealt with from the person who answered the phone to the people in the service department provided excellent customer service. Purchased a brand new fifth wheel from them. Ever time we took the camper in under warranty, nothing would get fixed, only patched. Things like the awning, to happijac beds we asked to fix as they were uneven but now the bed chain clicks horribly as we raise and lower it. The cabinet latches were not keeping doors shut and we requested these to be fixed. So they removed, and drilled 2 new holes (3-4 times ) as they didn't have the latches lined up properly. Now inside of our cabinet doors looks like Swiss cheese, with the multiple holes in it. Our unit sat at their lot from October-March, waiting to get proper warranty service repairs done that never got done properly, the unit got infested with mice which they failed to tell us about while in their possession blaming us. Since then, we have taken our unit to Camping World, and they have performed all the warranty repairs, and has done high quality work. My husband had them on speaker phone so I could also hear the conversation, and one of the family owners was extremely RUDE and said they would not take accountability or responsibility of damages that occurred on their property. DO NOT PURCHASE from this business!!! Purchased a 2005 Dutchmen lite in August 2018 (have not used yet) and two weeks ago I had water dripping threw a light socket. Went down and set up an appt. with King's and the following day asked my insurance agent to submit a claim once King's provided an estimate. Mike the service man called my agent and told her that the previous owners put the wrong sealant on the roof which caused major damage to it and this caused water to get threw the walls, causing mold. I spoke with my agent and she informed me that because they sold it that way, I could not file a claim. I then went to King's and spoke with owner Ron, what an awful man, and he told me that because I bought "as is" that they will not take any responsibility. Was told by motor vehicle that an inspection sheet had to be given out at the time of sale listing any issues. Ron stated that my 4 line paper only stating "as is" was all he had to do. How can a person do this to another, just for a sale??? I pay cash for everything and a single grandma purchasing this for the space to take grand kids camping! With the health of those children and mold, can't even use it once. Wanted to work with King's to fix and was willing to pay for partial cost and the owner was horribly rude and pretty much pushed me out of his office! We had Kings put on a hitch and wiring harness in late 2015 when we bought our 2013 Chrysler town and country costing us close to $500. We only use the hitch when we move back from our trailer in a northwest Wisconsin campground in fall and back up again in spring pulling a 4x6x5 cargo trailer which was new when we bought it in 2014. When we pulled the trailer back in fall of 2015 the harness shorted out and we had Kings put in a new one (warranty work). We took the trailer back up in spring of 2016 and the same thing happened. So in fall we took the chance pulling the trailer without using the harness. And we went back to Kings again with the same problem. They jerked the harness out completely and told us it was our trailer. It smelled like burned plastic in our van when we got in to drive it home. So we hooked the trailer to our Jeep and took it to have it checked out, It did not short out the wiring on the Jeep and it checked out fine. We had a different shop put on a new harness costing us an additional $155 in January of this year. Pulled the trailer up north and back with no problem at all. We stopped at Kings after returning home to see if they would reimburse us any money at all and one of the service people kind of gave us the run around asking for the old harness and we told them that they had jerked it out because it was burning. He promised to call us the next day. Well it is three days later and no call so I am writing this review. I am a reasonable person and would like to have a call even if it is to tell me that the manufacturer would not stand behind their product. I do not know if this was a technician not knowing what he was doing or an actual product defect. Like the other reviews, they take your money and leave you standing in the wind.
