The doctor knew about all this and still when Wednesday came around and we called the office we were told he was in surgery all day and wouldn't be available and there was no mention of this on Tuesday with all the phone calls. He was not informative in any way or helpful throughout my time as his patient. When asking simple questions like "are there any foods I should stay away from?", Lobaugh simply responded with "just eat healthy"...... His responses were never informative or helpful and extremely vague, as this is my first pregnancy I want to know as much information as possible. He never had proper bedside manners when handling my care which made me feel uncomfortable. We wanted to schedule an appointment prior to my husband deploying at 16-18 weeks to see if we could find out the gender, and when we went for our next appointment with those expectations his response was "let me see if there is a room available.", as if he had forgotten that HE said we would try and find out. When he scheduled the same thing once more, the same thing happened. I told him "you said we would try and find out the baby's gender this time again." His response was, "oh yeah, we can." he had obviously not made any notes or set up the appointment for us to be in the ultrasound room like we agreed to. When doing a specific genetic testing, no one cared to check if my insurance would cover the testing or at least inform me that I would have to come out of pocket - which I would have been fine with, had I known - and I was left with an unexpected bill in the mail. After doing said testings, he never had actual documentation of my lab work and never remembered that we even DID those labs. It was as if he went into the appointment without reviewing my charts or prior lab work that had been done. I always had to ask "so how did my results come out?" His response was always "oh, fine." As if he wasn't really sure because he didn't check - that is merely an assumption. I have switched to a different facility and even the staff there have made faces at me saying that he was my previous doctor because other patients have complained about him as well, that he made them feel uncomfortable and all together didn't provide good care. I even had a nurse say she worked with him and it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. With all that being said, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Mark Lobaugh to ANYONE, I gave the man multiple opportunities to not give off a bad impression but I couldn't see past it.

The owner…read moreof this school gave me her word that I would be able to attend a course and that they could accept my MyCAA and about two weeks into the course, they said they could not take my financial aid for MyCAA. I was lied to from the very beginning. I am now out $240 dollars as I am still waiting on them to refund me the money I spent to pay the remainder from the MyCAA and they jipped me on not getting the $140 back for registration. I would have never paid for this course and registration if I had known they would be such liars and coax me into taking such a faulty program. The schools are ran by very irresponsible and cheating people. My suggestions, don't go here! Find something that is actually credible and is ran by ethical people.

I just had a Left Total Knee Replacement at Seton Medical Center Harker Heights. I felt confident…read moreand knew Dr. Erik Lovria and his staff was the best choice! As an RN, I personally look for professional care, explanation of any interventions and what to expect if I did not have knee replacement surgery and if I did. I was his patient for about 5 years doing all sorts of things to minimize the pain (steroid injections, stem cells, Physical Therapy, etc) and when we decided that all of those have failed- having surgery would be the best option. The care I received from his staff (referral, payments, follow up) prior to and during surgery with his PA Jeff Spivey was a 10/10. My knee pain is minimal and cannot wait until I can do surgery on my right knee (which wills be done by Dr. Lovria). When searching for an Orthopedic Surgeon, ask questions, ask about infection rates (his is ZERO) and feel confident that your surgeon answers all your questions and gives you treatment options. Dr. Lovria did all of these for me! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lovria!!

Wow staff at Pathfinders -poor patient care. For a Mental health facility the clerk managing my…read morephone call was rude. I made a request for an appointment online, received a call back promptly. When I called for an appointment I was told no appointments available. Okay no worries. Then ten days later I get another call asking to call for an appointment. Called and told that I would have to be placed on a waiting list. The previous clerk told me incorrectly. Waiting list specifics, no end in sight. No idea if it could take years to see a therapist . Her attitude was so sad too bad for you. No wonder our mental health system is in a sad state.

I took it wrong, my fault, shortly after the appointment I called back to see if it was possible to get a refill without a new appointment as I had just been in. Nurse or staff member Alicia called me back 2 days later when I was supposed to receive a same day call back, and had said Dr said you need to come in if you need a new prescription, I didnt see the need as I had just been in so I declined at the time (but completly understand why a doctor would need to see you again for medications/prescriptions. I was frustrated during the phone call for several reasons, one being the callback was 2 days late, oh well. Second, unrelated to the doctors office or staff entirely (which I apologized for in my later call). Anyway Alicia said "Ok, we will let Dr know" and disconnected the call. Fast forward to now, months later, I decided to reschedule an appointment as I was ready to contunue my treatment or get further advice, successfully scheduled one via phone, and then days later received a patient dismissal letter cancelling future services. I called back to speak to someone as to why I received this letter. I completely understand a doctor backing his staff, and not tolerating rude/uncooperative patients, but because I refused to make an appointment then and there? and because i sounded "frustrated' I get dismissed/cancelled (our relationship is now concluded), God forbid you are having a bad day and it shows during a call or appointment with this place. During this call when I was just trying to figure out why? Alicia was the one whom I spoke to again, and they just reinstated me "refusing" to make an appt at that time, which I told her, I was not refusing, I just didnt want to scheudle anything at that moment, I was gonna call back and do it when I was ready lol. Word of advice if you do go here, careful how you speak, because if you have a tone of voice those like Alicia does not like, you will be told to seek care elsewhere as well.
