Dr. Rush may be competent, but the staff is a nightmare -- calls get hung up on, messages go unanswered, and even urgent situations are ignored. Appointments run more than an hour late, and even simple questions require another full visit. The nurses are kind, but the system is broken. Patients deserve better. You'll get more attention at a Planned Parenthood. Unless you enjoy being dismissed and disrespected, go elsewhere. They act like we're not paying customers here and in line for some kind of free government sponsored bread ration.

She listens, takes her time with you, follows up, etc. My husband and I both felt extremely comfortable and at ease with her from the moment we met. Second, she's a great doctor. All our visits were informative and through, and she sent us to a specialist once when there was a potential possibility of a complication, as a precaution. Furthermore, and perhaps more importantly, is that she really cares. I know there are some doctors who push c-sections, inductions, cord banking, etc., but Dr. Mileur was all about "let's deliver a healthy baby". My delivery ended up being quite complicated - the baby was too big to come out vaginaly, but Dr. Mileur by NO means jumped to a c-section as a solution, until literally everything else was explored. She did end up performing my c-section, which was as smooth as could be, and the stiching was great - have been healing very well. My baby ended up in the NICU for a little while after birth, and she even went to visit him there (babies have a different doctor once they are born, so she literally went just to see how he was doing). She's definitely my doctor for all my future pregnancies.

I have never had such a quick pelvic exam in all the years I have been seeing a gyno (since I was 17 and am now 46) so I know what an exam is supposed to be. You blink and it's over. He asked me zero questions about what I was there for and I had to ask the nurse to send him back in so I could ask a question about my irregular periods since I am starting perimenopause. During my first appointment I appreciated that he asked me about my other health issues, but during this appointment he literally gave me medical advice about it - suggesting I try GLP1s for my heart failure! Even my cardiologist (who focuses on the "plumbing" won't give me medical advice on the "electrical" side because it isn't what he is trained in. Upon some basic online research, GLP1s can be very harmful for someone with my condition and EF number Every time I go in he is also pushing that I get other things done there like my mammogram. They frame it as convenience, but after the GLP1 suggestion it all feels like a money grab with very little concern for women's health. My mother died of ovarian cancer so I cannot continue seeing someone whom I feel is not thorough. Not for me.

Too often with OBGYN visits, you feel rushed--like you're just being moved in and out--but that was absolutely not the case here. Macie was incredibly thorough, patient, and attentive. You could genuinely tell how much she cared, and she took the time to make sure everything was explained and that I felt heard. Dr. Seeker came in very prepared, was extremely kind and understanding of my history, and made me feel like he truly knew me--even though he hasn't been my OB in the past. That level of care meant so much to me. I left the appointment feeling reassured, supported, and confident, and I'm so grateful that Dr. Seeker will be my doctor moving forward. I took it wrong, my fault, shortly after the appointment I called back to see if it was possible to get a refill without a new appointment as I had just been in. Nurse or staff member Alicia called me back 2 days later when I was supposed to receive a same day call back, and had said Dr said you need to come in if you need a new prescription, I didnt see the need as I had just been in so I declined at the time (but completly understand why a doctor would need to see you again for medications/prescriptions. I was frustrated during the phone call for several reasons, one being the callback was 2 days late, oh well. Second, unrelated to the doctors office or staff entirely (which I apologized for in my later call). Anyway Alicia said "Ok, we will let Dr know" and disconnected the call. Fast forward to now, months later, I decided to reschedule an appointment as I was ready to contunue my treatment or get further advice, successfully scheduled one via phone, and then days later received a patient dismissal letter cancelling future services. I called back to speak to someone as to why I received this letter. I completely understand a doctor backing his staff, and not tolerating rude/uncooperative patients, but because I refused to make an appointment then and there? and because i sounded "frustrated' I get dismissed/cancelled (our relationship is now concluded), God forbid you are having a bad day and it shows during a call or appointment with this place. During this call when I was just trying to figure out why? Alicia was the one whom I spoke to again, and they just reinstated me "refusing" to make an appt at that time, which I told her, I was not refusing, I just didnt want to scheudle anything at that moment, I was gonna call back and do it when I was ready lol. Word of advice if you do go here, careful how you speak, because if you have a tone of voice those like Alicia does not like, you will be told to seek care elsewhere as well.
