I worked with Kings Green for a few years having my house cleaned once every other week. the cleaners are super nice but they do tend to not always be the same people if you're booked on different days so the cleaning is pretty inconsistent depending on who the crew is or how many people are on the crew. Also the ETA of when they arrive is always different so it's kind of a gamble of when you're cleaning will actually get done that day.The last clean they were an hour late of the eta they gave me because of another job they told me took longer than they expected. When they showed up with three people which they do from time to time, (it varies from two to three cleaners) and they cleaned my house which had had some construction, so it was a little extra dusty which I had mentioned earlier when I booked the cleaning, they up charged me by almost $100 more without telling me it would be more and when I asked about the charge after seeing on my statement tried to say because they were there longer than usual, even though that was not the case when they looked into it further they said it was because the extra lady was there and that cost more even though it never has before and they even didn't have to clean all of the rooms that they usually do and the reception lady was pretty rude and condescending about it. Unfortunately, the cleans are inconsistent. It seems like the billing has become inconsistent and honestly, the floors are still dusty, which is unfortunate since I had to pay almost 100 more dollars, will not be using them again. read more

The owner was very warm and friendly and explained everything to expect when I had first made the appointment. The man on the phone who calls to confirm appointments was also pleasant. He took notes on any of my concerns that I may have or want any extra detail on a certain area. They use alll green products and no harsh chemicals which is great because many cleaners can give me bad headaches and induce my asthma. The lady's who have came out have all been sweet and wanted to make sure they did a complete job before leaving. They are a little high in price compared to what I have paid other companies but so far it has been worth it. I also like how they arrive in a professional car that is marked with the logo. After my second cleaning management came by right after the ladies left to do a thorough check if the job was well done which I appreciated. read more

Really wanted this to work out. Guests that got to the property notified me later on one of the bathrooms was not cleaned properly. Customer service was awful. They took forever to return texts and calls back. When did they call back, my questions seemed like they were such an inconvenience and had attitude on a few calls (As if I didn't invest over 200K in the house). The day they cleaned they had from 11am to 3pm and didn't finish until 4:10pm. And they even charged me extra! Luckily the guest didn't show up on time since check-in was at 3pm, which I told them a guest was coming weeks in advance. Plus, I instructed them to not take the towels and they still did and conveniently for them they were able to charge $50 extra for laundry combined with the bed sheets along. read more

I really wanted this to be great. I had used King's Green Cleaning in the past and was pretty pleased with the cleaning itself until I realized the cleaners were stealing pain medication from my medicine cabinet. I immediately discontinued the service and notified the owner. Fast forward several years, I decided to give them a second chance and hired them to do a deep clean in my home. I was expecting sparkling kitchen, sanitized bathrooms, dust, vacuum, sweep, and mopping. When I got home they had broken my range hood, and not swept or mopped any of the floors. They turned on my Neato (floor robot) and let it do the work for them. I notified the company of the issue and sent pictures as well. I was notified by and employee who said she normally checks in to see how things are going but that day she did not and she said she was going to talk to the owners about it. I received a call from her while I was at work that I could not take at that moment and called the number back. This time I got one of the owners Amanda. I also sent the pictures to Amanda, and told her what had happened. There was a pretty descent amount of outrage and a promise to make things right on her end. She told me she was going to call the other owner and figure something out. This was on a Thursday. Friday, and the Weekend go by with no word. I get a notification that my credit card had been billed in full for the service. I send a text and email to the owner that I was about to complete my google review link online that they had sent. Suddenly get a call apologizing for not getting back with me and telling me they were going to refund my credit card back a portion of the fee for the work that was not completed. As of today, it has been 10 days since this conversation and I still have not been credited back and despite reaching out to them 2x no one has responded to me. When I tried to leave my google review with the link they sent me, they had deactivated it and blocked me. I absolutely can not recommend this company and will never do business with them again. read more

I'm so thankful to have this wonderful service in my life! First, they use environment-friendly products, which first caught my eye when shopping for cleaners. They're a local, family-owned business, which I also love. They offer great customer service and were very accommodating when COVID hit and I wanted to suspend services for awhile. I've been getting the "Palace Pamperer" monthly cleaning for 2+ years at what I consider an affordable rate. I always inspect their work and have never had to call them back to fix a poor job. I never thought I'd be the type of person who hires a house cleaner, but now I can't imagine letting them go! read more

Kings green cleaning are scammers. They over charged me for services and when you call to correct the issue, nobody seems to know how it happened. I called and spoke to the owner who said they would fix the issue and call me back but days went by and I hadn't heard from her and she started dodging my phone calls. Apparently communication and direction is impossible with this "company". I had to request our master shower be cleaned on multiple occasions and their dusting skills are a joke. The crew refused to use our vacuum instead their own after our requests. They let our dogs outside without permission one day and then left our miniature dachshund outside in January to nearly freeze to death after they left our house! Then on top of that I specifically told them to stay out of our back bedrooms because our other dog was hurt and crated. They not only went into the bedrooms against our direction, they let our hurt dog out of his crate and out in our backyard to get hurt further!!! DO NOT allow these idiots into your home! Not only will your house not get cleaned, they put your family in danger. After the owner, Amy, read this review she text me several times threatening to sue me and file a cease and desist. I really, really don't like leaving negative reviews but I tried to give this company a few chances to make it right and they just kept getting worse. I am upset I wasted my money a few times on their services. I had a fantastic call with one of the owners prior to my first cleaning and she outlined their process. They would make a clear appointment time so I would always know when they were coming, they would bring their own supplies, quoted me a reasonable price, they love dogs so no worries about having pets around, etc. In the 3 times they cleaned my house, they never made a clear appointment time, the scheduler failed to call after the first visit and they just started showing up (not on the day I had expected), and the fee was always more expensive than originally quoted. They told me they would always call with the total before charging which also didn't happen. The total cost was also always a surprise. The first time the cleaning crew sat in their car for 15 minutes outside my house chatting and I was charged for that time. I called for my total and let them know the girls had not been cleaning and they apologized and credited me, but I always had to call them to see what was going on. Zero communication. Even after I called the scheduler she would say they would call me back to confirm a time, but she didn't. Their team just showed up whenever. Once I was in the shower because I had no idea. They did bring their own supplies but I felt like my house was not as clean as it had been with other services. Old fashioned dirty mops, old vacuum, etc. The cleaning crew also ended up being afraid dogs, so I either had to pay for doggie daycare or shut them in a room on cleaning days which isn't what was discussed. I started looking for another service but decided to call the owner one more time to talk about all of the miscommunications and ask when my next cleaning was. I basically left a voicemail saying I felt I shouldn't have to be calling for my appointment and to please call me, and as a response I get a text from the owner asking me to call her back. Unbelievable. And they never showed that week. They seem like nice enough people but probably shouldn't have a business. read more

Horrible, horrible work. I had four areas to be cleaned: A kitchen with about 12 feet of counter space and a 5x7 floor, two bathrooms and a 16x20 living room. I said three things were most important to me: Wash the kitchen floor and do two bathrooms (no tub or shower in the second bathroom). They didn't wash the kitchen floor and didn't do one bathroom. They cleaned a 16x20 living room but didn't vacuum the furniture, even the pillow where it's obvious my cat likes to hang out. I have been very sick and really needed this work done. I was told that it was a first time cleaning and I "got a discount" which was actually the price quoted on Angie's List. Before I was sick, my eleven year old son and I could do what they did in 1 1/2 to 2 hours but we also mopped all the floors, cleaned both bathrooms, cleaned the tops of the cabinets, washed all the decorations and washed windows.
