Also, I wish I left a review the first time I came here because this is my second time! I like that their warehouse can accommodate bigger vehicles, and there is parking with a waiting room. This is the second time I have used Kings Kustom. First time they did the tint on my truck the best bang for your buck for service, quality and price on island. Second time they removed the PFE on my truck that was sun damaged. I called four other shops on island they were going to charge me $150-$200 an hour. Kings Kustom is the move for anything in the tint, wrap, PFE department. Don't even bother calling other shops. Mahalo!!! read more

First I call for an estimate over the phone n the girl explained everything n n answered all my questions. She explained the difference type of tint n the prices as well. She was very polite n well manners. Great customer service was giving. So than I made a appointment to bring in my car n waited. My car was done faster than the expected time that was given. She had me inspect my windows as we walked around n explained everything the was done n need to do after. I wanted darker tint n she told me the rules n regulations about my car n others vehicles which I totally understand. I'm pleased with the work n service they give. Options and costs were detailed in writing well in advance of scheduling an appointment. Preferred appointment time was accommodated. Samples of tint options were clearly displayed in the reception area. They tested the car to see if it would qualify for the selected tints and made recommendations accordingly. The scope of work was cost effective and completed within the estimated time frame. Customer service is outstanding. If I'd know it would be this easy, I would have done it a long time ago! read more

I called for a quote for tint on my dads truck. They texted information over the phone also to confirm time. They offer 3 different options. They were able to get me in that same afternoon. When I got there girl at the front was super friendly pretty sure she was the one that answered when I called. She said it would take about 2-3 hours. I stayed and waited for the truck. They had a couch which was nice. They ended up finishing it in about 45 min or so. They had two guys working on it since they had a cancellation. I got lucky. I would definitely recommend Kings Kustom. Friendly and great customer service very informative. Awesome work! read more

I wanted to get my windows tinted for my car- kings kustom were super throughout. I got a quote through yelp and even when I called to schedule the service - they sent me a link that showed me all the prices for the services. Jasmine was also very nice and great and addressing all my concerns. Super easy process and I didn't feel uncomfortable or like it was a cash grab. Would definitely recommend, also it's women owned which is super nice to see in the automotive industry! read more

I had my tint done on my wife's car when we just first got it, back in 2012... fast forward 2021, I noticed while doing yearly safety inspection, it was brought to my attention that the original Tint started to peel off, due to wear and tear. Luckily for me, they have lifetime warranty on this. Unfortunately for me, I don't have my original warranty paperwork. They charge me $25 plus tax. For look up fee, and will provide me a copy. To me it's worth it, otherwise I would have to cough up big scripts for re-do. read more

We just had our business storefront and interior doors redone by Henry & Jessica. I had inquired about estimates through 4 different companies initially and King's Kustom Tinting was one of the first to respond and 1st available to come and issue the estimate for the job. When Henry came by for the estimate he was very friendly and down to earth making the decision to choose them easier. In addition his estimate was competitive and the communication between us and Jazmyn made the decision to hire them a no brainer. Our storefront, windows and interior doors looks great and refreshed and they were pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to any business owner, they even do private residential tinting too. Established in 2009.

Thank you for voting us 3rd best auto tint shop in Hawaii 2 years in a row! King's Kustom Tinting is a small, women owned, family operated business with a team of father and daughters, Henry, Jazmyn and Jessica King. Ayden, Jazmyn's 4 year old son, is also following in the families footsteps and helps out in any way he can and will one day be our third generation tinter. We opened in February 2009 and haven't stopped growing since. Together, we have over 50 years of combined experience. As Henry has been tinting for over 35 years years, Jazmyn and Jessica grew up around tinting and both had previously helped their father all while growing up. Jazmyn is also head of our graphic department, using her graphic designing skills to complete all of our "Kustom Glass Graphics".

I just walked in today and asked for 300 postcards and a poster design and the design and printing was completed within the day. I usually do banners and thy are ready in 1-2 days. I always work with Joanna and she is always positive and provides friendly customer service. I can email designs and pics and it speeds up the entire process. Some things to note are the parking situation. There is very limited parking spaces in the lot and parking is tight. Also, on a few occasions, I've been there at opening hours and they opened up late. I recommend you call before you drive there. I will continue shopping there.

Went to UPS store they couldn't help me either. I was losing hope and praying bc i didn't want my son to be the only one without a poster or banner (I found out a day before that he was walking and had to scramble finding pictures and designing). I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! P.S. they have USPS services for your mailing/shipping needs!

we took our Tundra. to Kings Kustom Tinting and was totally happy with the quality of the tint and work, so when we bought our RAV4 we found it only fitting to go with Kings Kustom. This time my husband had wiped down the side of the windshield and the rag caught a snag and a small strip about 2" x 1" tore. Now on their defense Jazmin did say don't touch it and bring the car in so they could look at it, my husband didn't think he would have tore it bc it was a tiny piece , yet he made it bigger. Jazmin told him "no worries you're good, but we gotta replace the windshield." So they took care of us and we were so pleased. My friend went there & said the exact same thing about those wahine workers!! Overall tint was ok but after my experience there I took my other SUV to another tint shop and they did a better job for only $120 while these shitty fucks charging out the ass prices. The service provided by Jasmin was exceptional. I had intended to tint all the windows of my car, but following Jasmine's recommendation, I decided to only tint the front windshield. She wisely advised against tinting the other windows due to existing tinting, which not only saved me a substantial amount of money but also ensures that I can redo the existing tint, when necessary, in the future. I have been here twice for two different vehicles and will never go anywhere else. Customer service is the best across the board. They are able to get you in quickly from the phone call to picking up. Automated texts for reminders I love too! You can't beat the value you receive at Kings.
