Who needs a last minute sign on graduation day?? Professional Image Kapolei saved the day! I needed a poster board printed within hours lol. Normally I send my order to Office Depot for same day printing but I called and they said they wouldn't be able to print it that day. Then I went to Walgreens who said they're backed up 4 days. Went to UPS store they couldn't help me either. I was losing hope and praying bc i didn't want my son to be the only one without a poster or banner (I found out a day before that he was walking and had to scramble finding pictures and designing). I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! My nephew graduated from HS this year and I wanted to make a sign to hold up for his ceremony. I had just taken his pictures and so I was scrambling to find somewhere to print it last minute since it was the following week. Professional Image was running a graduation special so I sent them an email and got a response right away. We sent a few emails back and forth but it came out exactly how I wanted and I was very happy. I ordered it to be print only ($22) as I was planning to just attach it to cardboard on my own since it was cheaper. I guess since they were receiving so many orders they accidentally printed it on foam core ($49). But I was able to show them my order form so they honored my original price. Their turn around time was also faster than I was quoted. I ordered on a Friday and it was ready by Monday. I will definitely be using them in the future for any printing needs. read more

I was looking for a place that could cut a thick ream of paper into fourths and glue the edges to make scratchpads. I had some old card stock paper that was no longer needed so I wanted to repurpose them. Glad Professional Image could accommodate me and they only charged $5 for the cutting and gluing of the 4 thick scratch pads. read more

This used to be Armac, but now they are Professional Image. We needed to get programs and stickers printed asap. We called to see if they could do it! Hubby and I drove there and spoke to them about the type of paper we needed for the program. For our sticker we emailed what we wanted and were able to get the printed in color. In less than 1 hour everything was printed and ready for pick up. I have to say " less than" because we left for a quick costco run and came back. Super impressed with the staff members. They were helpful and efficient. The program looks so professional and the stickers looked great too. On the day of our event, everyone was raving about our printed programs and stickers. Came to this place because daughters printer ran out of ink and I didn't wanted to go far. Glad I did because I had a small stack of papers that I needed to be copied and the guy behind the counter was helpful. .09 cents a copy for black and white so it came out to 3 dollar something because they charge .50 for the service to use your credit card and being I needed it immediately I went there. Anyways they were quick and I couldn't complain. Place was small but clean, I asked about self service printing but he said they don't have that, they used to but during Covid they no longer have it. read more

In today's world, it's hard to imagine a service type business that does NOT respond to an "inquiry" email in a timely manner. Major disappointment...huge turnoff...and not someone I'd want to give my $ and business to. First impressions still matter. This the worst place ever in terms of customer greetings and employee attitudes. Just went in to ask for a picture to be taken for ID. The guy whom I spoke with first has zero personal presentation. He spoke to me in a condescending manner. He was mean and sarcastic. The guy across from him was just as rude and cold. The man (thank God!) behind both of these men at the front desk finally called out and clarified what I was asking for: "To have a photo taken for an ID like a Passport ID". I can see they need to learn etiquette and human connections behavior. They need a miracle for both of them. I have been a Registered Nurse for 40 years serving people. This is really difficult. I would like to give 5 stars because the staff was very helpful in taking and printing my daughter's passport photos. However, it smells really bad in there...like to the point of vomiting. Thank goodness we could walk around the shopping center for the 10 minutes while the photos were being printed. So let me first start off by saying that I have been looking for businesses that could create a custom birthday banner that fit the likes of my son who loves puppy dog pals. For some reason it was very hard to find a business that could accommodate that. Long story short I was stuck procrastinating trying to find someone that could do it with less than 24 hours til my sons party . I recently came across this business and said what the hell so I went in and asked. Bradley who I guess is one of the managers approached. Now mind you I'm thinking oh shiii he's gonna be pissed so I'm already assuming that there's gonna be some sort of bad customer service. But to my surprise he was very helpful and understood my request, although short on time, he was still willing to accommodate me. He was able to make a draft and insert any other details I wanted all in one seating and had it ready around 2ish just a couple hours before the party. The banner came out beautiful. Its been hanging on our wall in the room because my son wouldn't leave me alone lol, all he wanted to do was look at the banner. The quality and the service was amazing and I can't thank Bradley enough for the job he's done. He helped keep my son smiling during his drive-by party and that was such a blessing. You can literally grab a flat rate box, walk next door to WU, fill it up ( no need bag) and walk it back and SHIP DONE! They are still working on a contract with postal services to extend to other things like selling stamps, etc. They also do printing services...didn't look at it but it's good to know!!! Beyond exceptional service! Professional Image is located where the old Armac used to be in Kapolei. I was looking to make copies of a program, after countless calls I came across this place. It was close to home and the hours were good plus they were opened on Saturdays. I emailed them a copy of the program I needed to make copies in PDF form but, I needed it to be a bi-fold double sided paper. I was unsure how to create that. Bradley response to me quickly and had a sample proofing made and ready for me that day. We went to place later that evening and saw the proofing and wanted to make a few adjustments. He was able to get the program exactly how we wanted it. Bradley was very accommodating and helpful. He also offered his condolences to my family which, we really appreciated.
