Jackets, gear, "ooh look at this" items, suddenly it was less holiday shopping and more Yeagers-sponsored shopping spree for him. And honestly? I'm not mad about it. Because now I know exactly what Santa is bringing him (Great job, Santa. Nailed it.) We did successfully shop for the people we came in for...one lucky person is getting a Yeagers gift card (which honestly feels like a win for everyone). I also found the cutest raincoat ever, cowboys, cows, and horses, plus matching rain boots, BOTH marked down. I mean come on. Instant joy. Yeagers has an amazing selection of high-quality, top-tier outdoor clothing brands, a massive toy section, a great shoe department, and just so many things you didn't know you needed until you see them. It's one of those places where you go in for "one thing" and leave smiling with a cart full of happiness. Highly recommend especially during the holidays. Your list might get finished but don't be surprised if you end up shopping for yourself too.

You will also find San Juan /Friday Harbor shirts, jackets, sweats, keychains, magnets, mugs and stickers. I found a really nice set of buoyant glass floats for only $12.95 (found the same one online for $40)! Went back a few times to this store to pick up more items to bring back to friends. Their prices are lower than most souvenir shops and the couple who manages the store are locals who are friendly and very helpful. They did not hesitate to recommend points of interests and restaurants to try. They like tourists!

The employees were professional and always good customer service with a smile. You could tell Sage took pride in her stores and actually interviewed her employees before hiring them. At that time Labels got a 5-star review from me... Under new ownership, there has been a shift in employee base. Yesterday my mother-in-law and I experienced TERRIBLE customer service from an employee. She seemed bothered that she had to check us out. No small talk or smile. I asked her a simple question, and it must have been out of her "script" because I got a long blank stare and then a condescending tone. A couple of other times shopping there the customer service was "lackluster" at best but not outright rude like this one incident. Other than this one bad experience I will come back. The good outweigh the bad.

The First time I came in I needed a box to ship a snowboard, I assumed I would have to buy one, but they looked for me but couldn't find a specific snowboard box so brought me out some ski boxes tape and scissors!
