Each class has structure and includes lesson periods on fitness, dynamic exercise, stretching, and muay thai skills training. Niko is clearly an experienced coach and trainer and knows how to teach these skills. He has a patient teaching style with kids and in just a month I have seen great improvement in my son's fitness and discipline. He really enjoys going to class, working hard, and learning new skills. If you are looking for a new activity for your son or daughter in 2023, I definitely recommend trying Niko's Muay Thai. We had no experience with Muay Thai before, but have found this to be a great experience. Also, if you are concerned about safety, the kids wear full pads during training, so thats not an issue.

The owners are hardworking and dedicated. It's a family owned and operated business. They have great achievements under their belts. Music played here is PG-13, not good for the little ears. (Unless that's what they hear at home) Children are not allowed to hangout during your workout session unsupervised. They have limited seating for those who are waiting on someone. The kickboxing class is so much fun. Our instructors keep encouraging us & pushing us to keep going. At first I didn't think I could finish the warm up but now I'm there for every class. I felt welcomed and everyone there were all really cool guys who were extremely knowledgeable and helped me with technique, positoning, they all literally answered every question I had! The only reason I give 4 starts is because there is a 40$ drop in fee which after buying a rash guard to support the gym means 95$ for a class and a souvenir. I'd love to go again but at that price it just is too much for me unfortunately but I would 100% pop in for a class again next time I'm down here! Thanks everyone in the class for helping me out and making me feel comfortable on my first ever drop in to a gym!
