The instructors really make an effort to get to know every person's name, and emit a positive, encouraging, energy from the initial moment you walk through the front door, until the finish of your work out as you're exiting. I like the fact that they keep the class size limited, which allows the instructors to pay personalized and individual attention to each one of the members as needed. The instructor kept us pushing just the right amount -- challenging but totally doable -- and we got a lot done in that hour. The energy in the room was focused, calm, and motivating. By the end, I felt completely reset -- body and mind. And those cold lavender towels at the end? Pure magic. The perfect way to cool down and walk out feeling like a new person.
