The baked beans were not cooked properly and were unpleasant to eat. The mac and cheese tasted like it was made with Velveeta and lacked flavor. The only items that were enjoyable were the barbecue sauce and the bread. The flavor, bark and seasonings were all good. The ribs were seasoned good and had a great taste. They fell apart easily (although I prefer a slight tug) and didn't seem to have much smoke in them.
