He told us we had to apply in person at the Berkshire Hathaway office on W Sahara. The office is only open Monday thru Friday, so we had to make arrangements to take off work to audition for the chance to move into the home we looked at. We arrived with all our paperwork in hand like our agent stated and an assistant came out to tell us they aren't even accepting applications as they have t processed the ones they've gotten. This makes no sense as the listing was new and we went right away Monday morning. This outfit is a total joke and it was a total waste of our time and money taking off work to go all the way down there. It's absolutely ridiculous and my fiancé and I will keep this in mind not only when looking at rental properties now, but we will also not consider any Berkshire Hathaway properties when we look to purchase a home in the future. If you are looking for a rental, don't waste your time or money with this rental agency!

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

I would think that after being a great client for 11 years and never being late on rent and keeping the home in great condition besides nor.al wear and tear that i would have received atleasf the security deposit back. I had a very disappointing experience with Tom Love Group…read more Before signing with them, make sure you fully understand all cancellation fees. I was told the cancellation fee would be $995, but when I decided to terminate the listing, I was charged an additional $159 for photos, which was not clearly stipulated in the listing agreement, (penny pinching) . In the end, I had to pay a total of $1,154 just to get out of the listing agreement. The customer service was poor throughout the process. Communication was next to none and I did not feel that there was much effort put into marketing or selling my home. My property was listed for approximately one and a half months, and during that time I did not receive a single showing. When I requested to end the listing agreement, the process was so deceitful , they wanted to charge me and still keep my listing for lease against my wishes, I felt that they made it impossible to change agents. It was only after I stated that I would file a complaint with the Nevada Real Estate Division that they agreed to release me from the contract. My advice to anyone considering Tom Love Group is to carefully review all contract terms, cancellation fees, and exit conditions before signing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

She was/is quick to respond and she is honest, patient and understanding. She is easy to relate to and very knowledgable in her field. I'm so happy to say that I'm now living in a beautiful home managed by Miss Lori Smith and Ohana Realty and I have nothing but good to say about them thus far! Definitely recommended!
