The Allure High Rise is a building that has a lot of potential if it were managed better. First off maintenance seems to be lacking regarding many areas in the building and I'm not sure if it's because they are short of staff but if it is, that's something that should be addressed. Fixing just one elevator went on for 7 months and even though the building has a hard water softener system in place I was told by one of the maintenance people that that doesn't mean it's actually being maintained. I was a bit shocked when I heard that to say the least. I'm paying close to 1,000 in hoa monthly fees and additional "hoa" fee for items in the building that aren't working as they should be. I'm a pretty patient person but living here for 2 years is more than enough time to get things situated by management-- in my opinion. There were many things that I was not happy with at the Allure that weren't addressed such as giving written warnings to tenants to not put trash outside in the hallway. Also not allowing my cleaning crew to come clean my unit which I owned. And making the occasional allowance for someone on site to sign for packages that required a signature, especially if you are out of town. For most people in this building this is a second home and they aren't always here. It's a courtesy to the tenants that would make life easier but that's not the case with Allure. As beautiful as the view is here and how convenient the location is, unfortunately that was not enough to keep me staying here. I lost out on the potential of making more money on my unit because I did not plan on moving so soon but that's just what it came down to. Out of everything I mentioned I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service from the management team in the building itself and the hoa. In all honesty if I had to do this transaction over again on my purchase at the Allure, I wouldn't. I believe the number one goal of every management company is to provide the very best service to their customers-- in this case tenants who live in the building. Making sure that they are working together with the tenants who pay a high price to live here. In my experience including those who I hired to work for me, such as cleaners, realtors and general constructors, said this building was by far the most stressful project they've ever worked on. And this kind of scenario doesn't reflect good on me as an owner and in business. There are so many other things I could mention that didn't go well but as you read this review I'm sure you are getting a clear picture. Also the main thing that takes the cake is on my way out of my unit, I was met with an extraordinarily high hidden "hoa" fees of over $2000 at signing. I guess every time someone sells a unit, the hoa specifically hits you with fees just because they can. I was pretty mad about that especially after paying an hoa fee of $2,500 for other building related fees in January of this year without proper notice. For the record I don't mind paying a premium price to live somewhere but you have to show that it's worth what you are asking people to pay. I'm giving Allure 2 stars instead of 1 because of the location and awesome city views but again for me it was not worth staying. If Allure continues to manage things the way they have been they will not be profitable and that isn't good for anyone. At this point I don't live there anymore but glad I was able to somewhat enjoy what I could and glad I'm done-- Phew read more

Allure has the happy people work here, happy people live here vibe. Everyone is pleasantly helpful. The building is very pretty. It's upscale but not pretentious. Security is tight but they are nice about it. Everything is clean, they always have get togethers which are fun. There are people of all ages using pool and gym or going to the parties. The staff seem to care about doing a good job. Good location. Sensible floor plans. Lots of places to be since there is a pool, spa, pool table, gym, computer rooms and dog park. read more

I have been at Allure since 2018, Ive enjoyed living here all these years. There are other high rise choices but this one has the best views of the strip. The building has a very beautiful exterior and stands out from the rest. HOA is helpful and caring, if it wasnt for them, I wouldnt be here. Not to mention the reception is super nice. I read these reviews and most are lies. I have lived here since 2018 they were working on plumbing at that time. They inform you when they shut off water, only happened a few times. No crime, security is great. If you are renting you come downstairs to pick up your visitors, safety. HOA are wonderful, respectful and doing a great job. Great place to live. read more

Many years ago I was head and I remember hearing people scream that did the bungee jump from the stray, it's funny. Everything great however we had to sneak in as security is tight. The front line staff is great. Always nice and helpful. The front desk that greets residents upon entry is amazing. The security is top notch and do a great job. The people who handle the contractors coming into the building, also do a fabulous job. This review should not reflect poorly on them. As previous reviews have pointed out, the HOA is not professional or capable of managing the property, properly or proficiently. If you have an issue with the front office HOA, be prepared to be met with unprofessionalism, if they even respond. The HOA can never seem to get enough money. In just a couple of years, the HOA fee went up $200. Also be prepared for them to tack on several thousand dollars additionally in assessments. As an added bonus, when you sell your unit, the HOA demands a couple thousand upon exit. When you buy, you will also be hit with a bill for a couple thousand dollars in start up fees. Customer service from the HOA front office is lacking and boarders on disrespect. The manager, Rachelle, will not reply to concerns. If you push for a reply, expect a snarky response met with true unprofessionalism. Not the kind of behavior one would expect from The Resident Manager. read more

I've never seen customer service so incredibly hard to work with. I called to talk to the manager of the front desk today and because I'm not a resident they're not allowed to give that information out even though it's a complaint about one of their employees the manager is in hiding. When they are so secretive, it's almost scary. What they're really trying to hide?. I was just trying to call and give them a heads up of what happened the night before so that they would pay attention to what the employee was saying and how the customer service was, however Now that they're not allowed to give the manager's name out I would say there's a lot more stuff happening behind the scenes. I lived in the Allure for one year, my mom still lives there. One of the best high rises I've been to this far! I miss living there so much but life goes on... Beautiful views, from any side of the building, no obstructions (like Turnberry). It is conveniently located, don't have the deal with Las Vegas Blvd traffic to get home (ie Sky). Parking is very safe, never worried about my car. I loved the staff, the valet, front desk, mailroom, Jon, in the service elevator was like a family friend to me and always helped with large deliveries or moving furniture. The HOA is kind of rude, but whatever that's most HOA's. In my experience they got whatever I wanted done. I loved how clean the whole building was kept. So convenient if you had packages delivered or food or guests. The gym and pool area is convenient as h*ll. I've ran some of my best miles on those treadmills. It is open 24/7 so no matter how crazy my work schedule was I was still able to work out. This is one of the few buildings left that has open outdoor patios, newer buildings don't have open-air patios anymore due to safety. It is conveniently located, don't have the deal with Las Vegas Blvd traffic to get home (ie Sky). You won't regret choosing this building to live! read more

We our a property management company that works very closely with Allure HOA on a daily basis. Our experience has always been so wonderful. We work with several high rise HOA's throughout the valley and Allure HOA is by far our favorite HOA to work along side. They are alway professional and helpful. We have never had any issues with being able to contact them. Rachelle is always been so informative and helpful anytime we have any questions or concern. We have recently learned that Julia has joined their team as well. We have worked with her for many years at another high-rise HOA and we could not be move ecstatic to be able to continue to work with her. read more

very glad I read the reviews before purchasing a unit at Allure. We have had so many issues as tenants within the year and half we have lived here. HOA sent us a letter saying that we got a complaint because someone is "coughing" and our landlord contacted them. I have never seen such pettiness from anywhere I have lived. Security is great, share areas are very clean, Due Covid is definitely not a guess friendly place, non Covid times. ( I can't comment because I move here almost a year). Stuff is really friendly polite and helpful. Some times valet is full and there is not alternative for resident that use that service (two parking per unit, one Designate stop and one valet). We lived here for 3 years. Well the maintenance, security and front desk employees are all very nice. The HOA front office females are horrible. They lie to your face on a very regular basis, are beyond rude and over all unpleasant to work with. Horrible HOA. Worst HOA manager Rachelle. Trust me do not move in here - workers works for the property came onto my patio without noticing me and start to move things without my permission. I am so glad that I did not get a heart detect and is still wondering if they should touch my personal belongings without my approval. Rachelle is definitely rude, worst person I had seen. she asked me to move my IKEA outside furniture out of my patio and comment it 'unsightly'. My suggestion- if you just want to live not want to fight with HOA for fun, do not consider Allure - not until Rachelle is not here. The HOA here is constantly harassing you and your guest. I am 23 and had artificial disk put in my back this last November. I emailed the HOA and told them about this. For 2 months they didn't bother me And even buzzed my guest up for me because I couldn't walk. This week I had another surgery for my back and was told that I had to get a doctors note to prove it. I'm in a wheelchair!! What else do you want me to prove. Last month they made me provide them with my DMV paperwork that showed I have handicap placard. So why would you doubt that I can't walk? If they already had my DMV paper work that I provided them with. I'm frustrated at the fact that they continue to harass me and try to intimidate me because they think I'm not disabled cause I'm young! I had to call my neurosurgeon In front of them. His assistant faxed over the proof because he was in surgery!! So my guest can now be buzzed up but they told me only for 2 weeks until I can walk again. I've had to retain an attorney and have filled a complaint with the ADA. They've even gone as far as towing my car from a handicap space. The morning security guard removed my handicap placard & said it wasn't there. I've had to rent 2 other parking spots at $1800 & $1200 a year. After I decided to buy two more parking spots they told me my guest can no longer use the valet. Because One of my guest kept parking in a handicap and they said handicaps are only for residents. How does that even make any sense? If someone is handicap and puts up a placard they should be allowed to use that spot. They told me that although I am in a wheelchair my guest cannot come pick me up from valet. Also I've had my car stolen from the garage and security called metro but Security did nothing to try and stop the person stealing the car. I've had maintenance come into my unit without them calling me as well. All the complaints about the water are true. They shut down the water every month. I'll continue to live here even though they have caused me all this undue stress because what they want is to get rid of all the disabled people here and that's not right. The front desk guys especially Erik and Mike are always nice and helpful also the night time security is helpful as well and Jon the head of the receiving area. If you're not disabled and have no family or friends coming to visit you then this is the place for you. read more

Security is always checking for parking tags and IDs, so it creates a safe space feeling. Amenities are great. The events organized for residents are awesome - they range from movie nights in the media room to pool parties, socials to nightclub mixers, and much more. The pool and gym are always clean and maintained. The HOA fees are insane expensive, the parking is incredibly inconvenient as there is only one way of entering and it usually involves taking the back roads, and sometimes the front desk staff will look at you like you don't belong there instead of greeting you. read more

This place is horrible. My gf lives here and I visit her often. They make it such an inconvenience to go in and out. I had surgery on my neck one time and my pain medicine was upstairs. She was sleeping so I asked security to go knock on her door because I desperately needed my medication. They wouldn't help me at all, they just said u have to wait till she answers. I was literally straight out of surgery and was dying pretty much. And I literally come here pretty much every day. The hoa runs the residents, when the hoa is supposed to work for the home owners. They make it such a hassle for guests it's unbelievable. Can't wait for her lease to be over. read more

Allure is a wonderful property, staffed by a very high caliber, caring team. The units themselves are built to a high standard and the amenities are first class: the gym has to be one of the best in the city, while the concierge provides every service you can imagine. They also organize a few complimentary social gatherings each month, some of which take place off-site at bars/clubs and offer free liquor. The HOA staff is very pleasant and helpful. Rent is very good value considering the quality of living and number of services offered. I'm baffled by some of the negative reviews and wonder if those writers have actually lived here. The strict security is FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! Personally I find it very reassuring. It's well-known that there are some fairly pretentious/arrogant renters in Vegas - I can only imagine that they are the ones giving this place negative reviews, because in six years of living here I have not experienced one instance of rudeness from staff. Not one! The residents I know are happy living here. Some of the renters here can barely afford it and should probably look elsewhere. Unapologetic Water shut offs from 9 AM - 6 PM every week. Some times several days in a row. Construction workers come in and out of your condo with their shoes on as part of the buildings water maintenance, usually once a week. Lived here for two years and experienced it the entire time. Ohh and in those two years they have only had the exterior windows cleaned once. Trash shoots often get clogged on lower floors making the building smell like trash. It's like a want-to-be luxury building. Ohhhhh and the neighborhood behind the building has a ton of crime, probably the second most crime riddled area in the city. read more
