He put it all together in a tidy package and it went smoothly from start to finish. Dale is a quiet fellow with a calm voice and a pleasant smile. He knows the business that he's in and he does it well. The home itself is a quality home. Very well insulated so it's quiet and stays cool when it's hot outside and warm when it's cold outside. We will upgrade the counter tops at some point, but everything else is perfectly fine for us.

This place had dust and stains everywhere, very obvious that there had been previous renters. I had a broken closet that I brought to Dana's attention and it was never fixed. There were rusted pee stains on the toilet seats which obviously had not been cleaned before I moved in. Not to mention the terrible water pressure! I could've taken better showers under the sink. But at the time, I was desperate to move out of my current spot. Time goes on and a hole was made on the outside of the property (not by me). When it comes time to move out I went above and beyond to clean this place. It was absolutely spotless and brand new, I wish I had moved in with the place this clean. Dana was so happy she told us that we would receive a full refund and not to worry about the hole on the outside part. She also said the place was so clean that she didn't have to get it cleaned for the new tenant ( obviously cheap and lazy ). I HAD TO WAIT 4 MONTHS TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT BACK. Only to find out that I was charged $250 for the hole. I went to upper management about the situation and his answer for me was "if it wasn't in writing this is all the money you'll get." THIS PLACE IS TRASH AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. ABSOLUTE JOKE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.
