Great prices- often better than woolworths. My (the manager and I believe owner) is beautiful and always greets with a smile. A couple of staff have been a little rude in the past (nothing is perfect) but a quiet word with My and all is better. I worked in pharmacy for four years, and I no do all my pharmacy purchasing and ordering with them, now I no longer work in the pharmacy business. They also have a great gluten-free range and order in G-F bread once a week, Previous to being this a discount drug brand store, it was incredibly expensive and had little patronage. That has all changed now. Smies, cheap, huge range and plenty of customers (and plenty of staff to help those customers)

No joke. The discount chemist store people in Gordon are out of this world. The two lady pharmacists (there used to be an older man who was so incredibly good and now hoping he'll show up on that TV program, "Where Are They Now?" ?) are incredibly helpful and quick on their feet and the rest of the staff always have a ready smile. But I have one complaint. It's a small one so I don't want to fill out any forms. They're lacking in hair colour variety. Go somewhere else for hair colour. But for anything else - within reason - this is your place.

Many of their products are tailored for those much needed necessities for mum's, and also just for any of us who might have run out of soap and need to buy some more in between those all important grocery shops: this is where this establishment (for me anyway) fills that void: come here for the unexpected soap and deodorant shops for instance once these supplies have unexpectedly run out; or were forgotten about on your last supermarket shop. Also a great pit stop for those hair ties and some unexpected pain relief. A much better alternative to those service stations and convenience stores for such necessities. A pharmacy that is working on becoming more modern to keep up with the times and the trends of the area with great customer service to boot. I fell to my knees and cried "Sanctuary!" before realising that only applies to churches and asking the guy behind the counter to help me. Far from shying away in horror at my ravaged countenance he politely and calmly informed me of all my options, explained the difference between certain drugs, took a stab at the oft-cynical and greedy nature of the pharmaceutical industry and sent me on my way with a pocket of over-the-counter drugs designed to help get me back on my feet. If it wasn't certain to have infected him I would've kissed the guy.

The Pharmacist there, Neil is awesome. He's patient, friendly and gives off this wonderful air of authority. He's the sort of guy that you'd want to have in your bunker if there was a nuclear war. The sort of person who exudes safety even though he's about the same age as me. Not only is his advice practical and reassuring, he seems happy to give it. Service is exceptional here and just to make the place even better they sell Sherbert Fountains and Darrell Lea licorice. Ace. Find them at the top of the escalators in Bridgepoint.
