He was patient and caring, explaining everything in an unhurried manner as he treated me, and allowing my husband to video the maneuvers so he could replicate them afterward. What I find most frustrating is that they still charge full price, even though the quality of the service does not reflect what you're paying for. It doesn't feel fair to pay premium rates when it seems like the therapists are still practicing their skills. A professional massage should be provided by someone with the experience and confidence to deliver the service properly. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I left disappointed every time.
